PBR iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix PBR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PBR app on iPhone
Update PBR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PBR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PBR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PBR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PBR Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PBR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PBR App
1. On android, goto Settings » PBR » click [Force Stop]

Update PBR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PBR App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PBR » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PBR.

Fix PBR unable to contact server/ PBR internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PBR » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PBR » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PBR
