T Max Tech Max 2022 using IPhone 12 with IPhone app and Garmin Motorise. Sat nav crashes after about 10 - 20 minutes. Screen states no connectivity. Phone connected by USB, bluetooth and VPN. Map restarts after engine turned off. Whilst the map disappears from the bikes screen, it remains on and working on the IPhone. Help please

Hi. I enjoy riding New Zealand roads and have just installed the My Ride app, Version 1.9.18. I have managed to get through to where "Today's weather is:" is displayed. Tapping "Start Riding" flickers but goes no further. I have gone through your troubleshooting guide ensuring all is as suggested, and have also uninstalled and re-installed. I cannot get past the weather screen. Any suggestions please?

Crashes with " something went wrong". Can't view past rides. Etc.. I reinstalled, it came up with my account info, but still crashes on trying to use.

When I finish a ride and try to save it the app doesn't update the data and the ride is missing from the list. I also keep getting an error saying connection with the remote server has been lost even though I have a good connection to my own internet router.
