Hi. We got SM for xmas. Works fine w hubby's moto g stylus. I have android Samsung ultra22 and it doesn't work properly. Training mode (for # of shots)registers false shots that I'm not even firing. Tried switching to other time of day mode and that didn't resolve issue. Help? Help?

You obviously did not have it available when I purchased the Target over a year ago, How do I get one ? And for that reason I haven't used the target at all. I just placed an order for three laser cartridges with the understanding if I ordered three I would get a fourth cartridge free of charge. Upon completing my order I was not given any option for my fourth laser cartridge. Please advise me how this can be corrected. If it can't be done, please cancel my order. I bought the kit. Every time I install the app, and open it, there is no way to exit the app. The only way I can exit the app is to reboot my phone. I have installed and Uninstaller several times with same result. How does one exit the apo??

I have had exceptional results with my AR and my 9mm up to July. Recently put it back up in my rec room (waited until remodel was completed) i have an 🍏 latest model & newest update. Camera with new viewer/lenses. Batteries are good in my two cartridges. No matter what selections i make, lighting, properly aligned on target with just the target on my screen … i get the verbal count down…in position and on target. The results are random. One time i got a few “8” and other pulls nothing. I go to the screen and see no red marks. As frustrating as this is, sometimes it counts down and then just sounds out multiple bursts and announces session over. ?? Tomorrow i will go get new batteries (expensive little things) and try it with normal daylight. I have two sets one for my wife and we’ve enjoyed the results but now it’s really frustrating. Will do a follow up tomorrow. Hope to get this resolved…?

I calibrate the app to a single target. I wait for the countdown, then fire. It either records the single shot or not. More often than not and not any further shots. It may not even record the first shot but the timer continues.

Strikeman does not respond to emails regarding returning the product. They appear to be running out the clock on the return window. Sending product back the best we can according to instructions on website. Will follow up with the BBB and State Attorney General if we run into any further issues. The product was never opened as it was a Christmas gift that is not appropriate due to my husbands research of his gift. No China crap here and lack of phone number is unacceptable.

Got for Christmas, worked great for 2 days, now it will not hold a calibration on the target. Every shot I take is recorded as a 10 no matter where I hit. :-( Quite useless

Save your $100s and buy a similar laser for $40 on Amazon and count your own scores. App crashes constantly. Will shut down in the middle of a session, and either won't record shots or will say you fired 30 times without even having the chance to pick up your laser. They will blame it on your phone history not being cleared, saying you must not have the most updated version of app, bad set up, etc. We've got 4 systems (for Christmas gifts) and all are having the same app trouble. Restarted phones, cleared history, cleared apps, deleted and redownloaded the app, tried all kinds of different lighting and set ups, and we still can't get it to record more than 2 shots at a time. Hopefully others have better luck than me, but Apple app store reviews prove otherwise.

I’m having a problem finishing the setup. I’m in session details It says “What is the range of your target from the shooter” There is a white line above What is the range of your target from the shooter” and I can’t put in the feet I want to shoot at because when I tap on the white line nothing changes.

I have the Strikeman Pro. It has not worked properly since I purchased it. 1) It doesn’t callibrate the target properly, 2) shots don’t register on the program, 3) shot sounds are delayed and are at random, 4) callibration circles missing on 2 targets, 5) tried day and night mode and it still didn’t work, I’ve had the system for several months and have been trying to figure it out without success, 6) I’ve had a good friend come over and try getting it working after watching the tutorial together without success, 7) they have no one to talk you through issues.

My Strikeman App is not recording the majority of my shots. I’ve tried manual and automatic calibration for the target. I’ve tried adjusting the lighting indoor and using it outdoor as well. I’ve shot with both .45 and .9mm laser bullets and neither will record more than 10 shots in a 20 shot session. I’ve set up the phone from 1-4 feet away. I’ve placed the phone above, below, and directly in line with the target for multiple sessions to find what works. Nothing works consistently. My distance from target while firing varies from 6-20 feet throughout a session with no consistency in where the few shots that are recorded work. I’ve reset the app multiple times and even completely deleted and redownloaded the app. There are no issues with the firing pin striking the rubber bumper and causing the lasers to fire, that’s always consistent, but the app recording the shots is wildly inconsistent. I’m concerned I just wasted a lot of money on this system.

App won’t respond to verbal command to repeat training sessions. I have the mic turned on in settings on my IPhone. The repeat button on the App is not very responsive. It takes multiple pushes for the command to take. Thanks

The first time I used the App everything worked fine. 10 minutes later I attempted another training session and it will not work. I fire at the target and none of my shots register. After about a 2 minute delay, all of the shots I fired since the beginning suddenly all go off and register at once but then I never hear where I am hitting. If I try to fire it with less than @ 2 minutes left in the session, there's not enough time for those shots taken with under 2 minutes left to register. I just downloaded the App tonight, so I have the latest version. What's wrong here? I'd return it except I purchased it close to a year ago and am just now using it for the first time (I know, but life has been crazy this past year).

Unable to use the App! Based on comments on this page, it looks like problems started back in Mar 2022 and is still going on!! I have gone through ALL the self help below however...App will NOT let me create an account, just stalls in process after asking for an email. Will NOT start any training under the guest login at the Start a New Session screen. This was working when I received last year, but nothing now. No changes in phone, and completely up to date, same with App. Help please?

I was using basic and upgraded to Pro. Now nothing works. Go through whole questioner and hit calibrate and nothing happens except to tell me session has begun. Tripod is a pain I have to use duck tape. I think I am done. I will cancel my subscription...will see how painful that is.

Tried to set up the system yesterday (received the day before) and UNABLE-MULTIPLE TIMES-to calibrate. The system shuts down. Why do you not have a phone number? Going to your “support @strikeman.io just keeps going around and around also. I am pretty fed up and haven’t even fired a shot!

Using our laser bullet, target and smart phone mount, Strikeman records the target and records the users shot scores based on where the laser hit the target. Each shot from the firearm triggers a laser, which emits a laser strike on the target, and Strikeman records the score. The training section is the initial area of Strikeman where the user can practice their shooting skills. The user calibrates the screen to the target by using two fingers to cover the circumference of the target. Shooting metrics appear on the screen to show the user how they are doing during the session. The history section provides screenshots, shooting metrics, and graphs for the user to track their progress. Upon beginning a session, a warning screen is shown to ensure that proper firearm safety is taking place before beginning a session. Once the session is complete, all shots will be shown on the target and saved into an archive. Once the user agrees, the target appears on the screen. The settings section allows the user to turn on/off gun shot audio and voice feedback. Then, the distance from the target is selected and they can begin shooting. The this app app allows users to practice their shooting skills without the need for real ammunition. This includes average score, average range, total shots and total sessions. Users can toggle the distance metric, selecting either feet or yards. They can also report an issue if Strikeman isn’t working correctly. This information is saved in an archive.
