Doesn’t connect
Dolphin Plus app doesn’t control the robot. It set up correctly, pulling up Serial Number correctly. Robot itself works when it’s plugged in. But app doesn’t do anything. Using iPhone 13Pro with OS16.6.1
My Dolphin app won't read QR code.
I only bought this cleaner because of the app function which will not work. It’s like all the icons don’t download and I have no functionality. Please help so I don’t have to return the unit.
M400 robot works great but the app keeps coming up robot not responding but the robot is cleaning the pool away. It is frustrating because i can not keep up with cleaning progress. My dealer got me a new control box and it is doing the same. Is there an app issue or firmware issue.
Using new M400. My Dolphin App is not allowing selection of time in quick set up. Default is stuck with using current time after selection set. Not happy....

My app just doesn’t work anymore. It is stuck in the connecting stage and can’t display all the functionality. I tried to delete the app and re-install it to no avail.
robot won't start. Seems to be a software issue. App is blank.
My dolphin constantly disconnects from the network. Defeats the purpose of using the app if I must continually walk down to the pool to run the vacuum
I can get the power supply and robot to sinc and program schedules BUT it’ll never start when the schedule dictates. Also, when I go back into the app to see what may be going on, nearly every time it tells me it’s doing a software download (which is never successful.
App not working. I used it all last year and it would work from anywhere. Even if I was 50 miles away...I could start the dolphin. Now the app only works if I am close to the dolphin which defeats the whole.purpose of having the app. Why is it no longer working?
I recently started to have problems connecting my phone to the power supply. I’ve tried pairing my phone to the power supply manually or using the QR code. But nothing works. Last year I had no problem connecting to the robot and control it.
My Dolphin Plus app not connecting to cleaner. Not by Bluetooth close to battery and will not find when scanning QR on battery. Please help
