I ordered food few days ago, i was contacted immediately after i put the order to get a more accurate address. I waited for 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours for the food and after calling several times i was informed that they didn’t receive my order even tho that they called me for my address. After giving up and had several appointments to attend to i told them to cancel the order and they said they will refund me the order money and here i am still waiting

Staff is really friendly, but all processes related to service are very badly organized: 1) payment is showing as failed, but is still successful 2) call center sound quality is really poor. You can barely hear the operator talking on the line. 3) website and app have a lot of bugs. 4) when specifying address on the map, couriers always say that they cannot have access to the map placed pin and therefore cannot find the address. 5) lot of details that make the food ordering process annoying and tiresome (compared to foodpanda). To sum up, the staff is friendly, but the management in the company is very poor and cannot get the processes up and running. I hope you guys improve after some time

I ordered pizza from Papavero restaurant in Kutaisi (btw if you want to taste the worst pizza ever Papavero is an option)The lady form Call center, excepted my order and said to me that, I'll get my pizza in about 45min. So, I waited for about hour and a half and called them. They told me that , it was just a Technical issue and the delivery guy was on his way, no apologies, she said:” it happens you know”. So i was waiting 20min more and finally! I got it. The worst pizza and service ever!! Just all i needed!!
