Contact Secret Menu Support

I absolutely love my regular Starbucks app and was excited to see the secret menu app. After I downloaded it I tried to find where to sign in so it would know I am a member, apparently it’s not needed. Ok, so next I try and look at the secret drinks. It shows a small picture and gives the name but not what’s in it, so if I were to go to a Starbucks and ask for said drink I can’t even tell them what’s in it to make it properly! There is always a warning arrow in the top right corner prompting me to download the upgraded paying app! WTH!! Just delete this bogus app an offer the paying app and stop the wasted app and confusion!

I downloaded this app about a year ago and it was working great. Then one day I went to open the app & I could no longer see the menu. The background turned black since the letters are black I can’t see anything right away, I can only see what category I’m clicking by holding down & highlighting. I could get past that part if I ALSO wasn’t able to see the “how to order” part.. so I can select the category & select a drink (again all by holding down & highlighting) but I can’t see how to order the drink.. real bummer. I deleted the app.

I am a shift supervisor at Starbucks and while I love the idea of this app and some of the drinks it promotes I have tried and are delicious, there is no actual secret menu at Starbucks. There are a number of different syrups, sauces and flavors you can add to your drink, but don’t be surprised when a barista doesn’t know what the tictok drink is, we are more than happy to help you create the drink you are looking for but there are many drinks on here that we simply can’t make. there are a number of flavors we have that are only available around the holidays, or were part of a promotion that has ended, or that a specific store doesn’t carry because they weren’t selling and they stopped ordering it (bananas at my store). In summary; use this app as a reference but do not take it as fact. And have a great day! 😊 ☕️
