I’ll have to say I was not very happy or impressed. First, I was charged with a 10 holding fee from Uber Eats that I was not made aware of until I checked my card account or given the opportunity to accept or decline before I finished my purchase. Second, my order did not come with silverware ,napkins or sauces when I called restaurant they informed me I have to ask for them when ordering and I would have if your site had an option to do so which I did not see. The order was missing an item I paid for but restaurant was kind enough to bring me and my guests. So realistically what did I need your service for I paid an extra 11 dollars plus 10 holding fee for what i paid 66 dollars for a 44 dollar order. So, needless to say I will never again order on line using your service and I will be passing the word around about it. Very unpleasant experience. and when i tried to send to support@redacted the email will not send only saves to drafts what a piss poor way to run a company pathetic and i feel sorry for the companies that use this service it can ruin your reputation.

There are 2 charges on my debit card that need to be refunded asap. The app said they were declined.

Hello, about 13 days ago I ordered from wok and roll off of this site. They ended up adding an extra charge for sauce and I got charged twice. First payment was $39.99 and the second I got charged $43.17. Your site sent me a text saying I'd recieve my $39.99 back within 5 to 10 business days. It's been 13 or 14 days and that is my bill money that got charged double. I'd like my refund. Order number was #1610 Please get back to me. Thankyou.

Downloaded because it’s the only way to view the menu or place a to go order for a nearby restaurant. Now, the restaurant won’t even show up in app. I can’t search by name, I can only enter location. I typed in the city and later typed in the exact address but both times the restaurant didn’t show up. I can’t even scroll through the search results. I can see there are results but the app won’t let me, it just keeps snapping back to the top of the list. Also if I leave the app, not even close it but just leave, it reverts back to the home page and I have to enter everything all over agin. Overall terrible and couldn’t even successfully use it in the end.

Qmenu does not provide robust delivery services and gives bogus information about the delivery. I eventually had my food 2.5 hours later and had to pick it up myself.

According to the app, order was confirmed at 5. Delivery person arrived at 5:30 to get the order. Order status changes to “delivering” at 6. Tracking link is broken. Still no delivery at 6:40 so I called the drivers number, which was disconnected.
Called qmenu support and they claimed they had no way to contact the driver, and needed me to lookup the restaurant phone number for them. They offered to either refund my order or have them remake it and I would have to pickup the food. I was able to drive and the restaurant graciously remade the order. Support said they would take off the driver tip and delivery fee, however they did not. So, 2.5 hours later I delivered my own food, some unknown delivery person got my original order of food and a tip, and qmenu gets an extra 10 of mine for being so horrible

Placed an order on the site. Paid their ridiculous $12 service fee, tipped another $12. Ended up spending $83 on Chinese food for my family to not have to go get it. It declined my card, but still charged me. I called their customer service, and their rude employee told me to “wait a few days for a refund”. I told him I couldn’t wait, that’s my family’s food money. He again rudely told me to wait a few days. I told him I needed my money back now. He said a manager would contact me, and hung up. I never heard from anyone. Doubt I’ll ever see my money back. Total scam.
