After trying for a month to get a refund with NO help from the restaurant or corporate I settled for a burger. And when I tried to use my points the lead manager did not know how to apply them so I did not get to use my points. What a joke received nothing but excuses and, attitude dealing with all levels of Whatamess because that's what it is a MESS you stole my money and took a month to finally dealing with the matter. And still could not provide quality service can't do a refund can't work an app can't provide good food all you can do is provide poor quality food and attitude.

I just waited 25 minutes for 2 taquitos. I thought about going to drivethru as I watched cars come and go. This is always the slowest store but I keep expecting them to shock me.

I have been a Whataburger customer for over 50 years and have considered your franchises to be top notch: however, I recently wernt to your store on Rock Prarie Rd. in College Station, Texas and couldn't believe how bad the food was. I ordered a bouble meat and cheese bacon cheese burger and a chicken sandwich to go, both with fries. I should have known something was wrong when my to go order was ready in UNDER five minutes. Got home after a five minute drive and when we started to eat, I discovered I didn't get a double meat sandwich, the bun was stone cold on my wife's chicken sandwich as well as on my burger. The fries were cold and hard and there was no dressing of any kind on the bun. Worst meal EVER from one of your stores. Am still a fan of your food but this location needs some serious attention. I left a bad taste in my mouth. You're better than this.

Store on rock prairie road service is terrible no food or wrong food . Waiting for food for twenty minutes is not fast food. Get your shit together or lock the door. Will not be back. To bad you have had a good run for many years. Hopefully you will go out of business.

Hello Whataburger rep. This not a complaint more like a suggestion that needs SERIOUS attention. I went to your store on 35 & Seminary in Ftw. Lobby closed 24 hr drive thru. After placing my order I was approached by a lady asking me to place an order for her. I said why cant you do it at the speaker. She said they dont allow that and refused to serve her. I was at ahhhh. She wanted two bacon burger combos upgraded to large. Thats at least a $20.00 order yall refused. There are a number of people in that area that cant afford a vehicle that love your food with todays economy I mean come on now. My suggestion is this. Will Whataburger consider an after hour walk up window away from the drive thru for those who rather spend wat money they do have on your food instead saving for a vehicle. Not the first this has happened to me. Oh on another note: I have been told by my Mom that my grandpa built the very first Whataburger store in Corpus where my Mom lived as a child. His name was Robert DeRusse. Just thought I would toss that in. Pls reply back. Loyal customer for life. Robert Cisneros. If tall get a wild hair my number is 682-716-1388. It would need to have family accredited for two designs in Whataburger's designs. Tanx.

Today is the last straw! I'm tired of waiting 30 minutes and longer to get my food order when we dine in. Most always my burger is cold when the food finally arrives at our table. I'm fed-up with Whataburger spending more time on the "drive-in customers" than the "dine-in customers". A month-a-go for the same reason, I stopped going to the Garland, Texas Whataburger....today, I will no long go to the Whataburger 1164 in Wylie, Texas.

Today I went to my local What-a-Burger in Mansfield, Texas. I sat in the drive-thru line for about 10 minutes. The guy in front of me (I was the last car in line) opened his door and asked me to back up so that he could get out of the line, saying he had been stuck there for 20 minutes. I backed up and went inside to place my order. There were at least 6 customers waiting inside for take out orders. I was inside for about 15 minutes. During that time, I saw just one drive-thru order completed. I finally asked the employee if she would give me sides that were ready to serve (fries and an apple pie)in lieu of my order, and she did. Sadly, this kind of service is not unusual.

I placed an order at 2am in the drive thru at store 387 on Brentwood Stair Road in Fort Worth TX 76112. My order was a #1. Your signature meal. It took 30 minutes for me to get my food with 2 cars waiting in front of me. The order should have been ready much faster. When I received the order the fries were hot and the burger was cold. What can be done to fix this problem ?

THE APP DOESNT LET YOU SCAN YOUR RECEIPT TO ADD REWARDS. We use the store once a week at work and they aren't going to take everyone's phone with them. I get a receipt but I cant get the app to add my order to get my rewards.

Customer Service

Have been to the NW McArthur location numerous times and have had good service! We had family in OKC over CHRISTMAS weekend. We went to eat a quick bite on Christmas Eve, at this location, at around 4:50 pm. We were informed as we arrived they would be closing at 6pm, which was fine as we felt we had ample time to eat and move on. We waited, waited and waited for our food and in speaking with other customers, they had also been waiting! People kept coming in and orders were still being taken as we waited! We finally got our order in a sack that was tossed at us with a reminder they would be closing at 6pm! Having to wait that long for a hamburger and fries is ridiculous to say the least! We will no longer be going to this location! I’m not going to beg any establishment to treat us with respect! I have no issue with them closing early on Xmas Eve but shut the lights off an hour early and take care of the people who had been waiting and lock the door! Terrible customer service!!

Nobody in the stores knows how this works

I have been to at least 3 different stores using the app to order. I’ve probably done this 20+ times and every single time I say I have an online order they act like they have no idea I could do that. They don’t ever have my order ready and generally have a hard time even finding the order. I’ve asked if they get the order in advance and they will say “yes but we don’t make it until you come in (or come to the speaker).” I’m ordering ahead because I don’t have time to sit around and wait. I just don’t understand the point of this app if my food isn’t ready when the app says it will be and makes getting my food even more difficult than it was before I started using it. I would recommend training for the employees to identify an online order and making the order ready when the app says it will be rather than waiting until I walk in. If this makes everything HARDER just scrap the app entirely. It makes 0 sense to have it.

Owned by greed

I have had first hand work experience with Whataburger and i can so clearly say that Whataburger does both always pay all of their employees minimum wage with managers that HAD been only earning $12/hr for managing a location back when minimum was below $8.50. They also consistently provide price bumps to their products based upon a numerical yearly climb rate, unrelated to ingredients or resources climbing in price i observed and kept track to conclude they raise on a four year basis. AND, worst of all, they intentionally provide their customers with the cheapest quality of ingredients(vegetables, meats) which specifically means that all their burgers are just LOADED with fat because, YEP, they intentionally buy the cheapest beef which means the most amount of fat. Whataburger is fully supporting obesity in america, they support classism and they are simply put greedy, self centered jerks who couldnt care less about any one of you. They just want your money.
