Cant login
The ViCare app stopped working a while ago. I have re-installed and rebooted on 2 separate phones and I can not log in. If I enter my credentials the app says no internet. if I try to register again, it just says there is a problem. I'm not sure what changed but we need to get this looked at. Thank you.
Hello, I normally have options for having: Heating and hot water on Hot water only I went to click on the option for hot water only and it kept bouncing back to heating and hot water. And then the options completely disappeared and I’ve been left with, Heating only or heating off. Thankfully I still have hot water and I’ve turned temperature right down so heating won’t cut in. There is no maintenance going on as I’ve checked in notifications. I’m not good with apps etc. How do I restore my options that have disappeared? Thank you
Major issues with this Vicare app. There is a series issue with your Vicare app. I have two different phones and they exhibit the same faults. It's impossible to save timing from one day to any other days. It's impossible to to make a change to a set time, it will not save the new times. If you delete a time and add a new time, the time reverts back to the original time you are trying to change. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but the same issues occur.
Copy day function not working , tried it on a number of phones.

System has logged me out and won’t accept my email and password. Very frustrating.
Can’t get passed the log in screen… no error message. Password and login are correct and accepted but the ap keeps circling back to log in. Latest iOS installed, phone hard rebooted, ap deleted and reinstalled. Waited a week and tried again. Reset password repeated all hard resets, updates et and still can’t get passed login screen
My app says no connection and I cannot locate the QR code on the boiler to try to reconnect . I have no idea how to turn on the heating without the app so I have no heating and it’s v cold
App just showing red screen, nothing else. Was working yesterday (3 September) but now not working at all.
I have connected the Vicare to my vitodens 100-w boiler, also installed the Vicare app and it displays status info. But then I try to access the DHW icon on the home screen I get a screen with the message "your smartphone is not connected to the server" The wifi signal at the boiler locations is not great (-65 db), but it seems to be ok for the other functionalities of the app. What can I do
App says boiler not connected to internet. Boiler says it is connected and has full signal. Was working ok until last weekend when Viessman did work on the app and notified after the event that it would be offline Saturday 27th august 2022. Since then, the notification has disappeared and the Vicare app has not worked since. I have tried reconnecting from scratch, rescanning the barcode etc. Does not work. Just says "Your system is not connected to the internet"

Hi I’ve had ongoing issues with my Vito connect 100 and vitodens 200 system boiler and it loosing wi fi connection . I’ve tried diss connecting power for 1minute , 1 hour and even days . I’ve tried a 30 second then 5 second reset as per phone call with tech help under their guidance and on some occasions it will re boot with wi fi but this never lasts for more than a day then it’s back to numerous a resets yet again My router shows a good signal and no other phones or laptops have connectivity issues with it . Can you please help as this issue making the app boiler remote usability useless. I see many others are having the same problems . Yours hopefully Phil Beecroft
Hi I have ViCare app v3.11.0 and iOS 15,5. In the app when I click on the ‘quick selections’ button and then say ‘I want hot water’ it looks like it’s going to start the hot water cycle but then does nothing. Also, the temperature on the Home Screen is not being updated etc.
Message says the heating system is not connected to the internet but my internet is working fine and there is internet signal on the boiler
I try to add another heating system in a new location, Berlin. Everything works fine until the firmware update which lasts for approximately 10 minutes, then it says, sorry, there was a problem, start again. I started many times, also did reset of our wifi system, but the same result. Please help.
