Having issues with checking in my kids.

When I put in my email & password in the app, it doesn't allow me to log in. When I ask to reset my password, the app doesn't recognize my email address. However, I can log in with my username & password on my desktop computer. My email address is correct, but the app doesn't recognize it.

How to fix CF. app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CF. app on iPhone
Update CF. app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CF. iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CF. on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CF. network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CF. Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CF. not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CF. App
1. On android, goto Settings » CF. » click [Force Stop]

Update CF. to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CF. App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CF. » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CF..

Fix CF. unable to contact server/ CF. internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CF. » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CF. » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CF.
