I am inquiring to understand why received an increase in my gym membership when I was charged my yearly subscription fee. It was only $4 but I didn't have any notice. When I inquired with my local Encinitas, CA club a Gentleman there explained to me it was done in the previous email back in April. I checked all emails and read through them and couldn't find anything related to this. Please note I am extremely happy with my club and the top notch happy and smiling staff always available and constantly keeping this gym sparklingly clean. So, Kudos to them and your Company! I would just like to know in advance of any changes to my withdrawals. And where tose notices may be found if they were to occur again. Thank You and Great job! Best Regards, Paul

Wasted Potential

Once you add your barcode to your wallet, this app is ultimately useless. It's incredible how much wasted potential go into these huge gym chains.
An incredibly simple suggestion: Actually integrate your facilities with the app. If the Steamroom or Sauna is down for maintenance, I should be able to pull out my phone and see that it's under repair. Literally all it would take is one single worker hitting a button on tablet at the location. There are countless freelance software engineers that could add this to your app with ease. It would be fantastic to not have to drive all the way to the gym just to not be able to use the service I'm going there to use.

Circular app does not get you to where you want to go.

I signed up a new account for their Loveland CO location in Nov 2021 before their location was open. I set up an account on line. I then downloaded the app and tried to enter my account number after the location opened. It can not be done. The app doesn’t recognize my name or password to enter the account number. Totally frustrating it goes around in circles to the point that I will not use this useless app. I will use the card given to me at the location to sign in.

Not Great for Recording Progress

I primarily lift weights at the gym, but recording weights for this are mostly useless since tracking distance / time / calories do not make sense when you’re recording weights. Why can’t I easily input weight name, weight amount and reps?

I do cardio as well, but if you’re going to create an app as a companion for a better work out experience, you need to cater to all of your customers.

Shoehorning in a weights option and not properly implementing it is counter productive.
