- Stingy with the points and puts an expiration date on them

- New offerings are either so lackluster or totally unattainable without a zillion points

- Customer service is often rude and not helpful

- Tickets get closed with a solution about a different problem

- A boatload amount of promotion which is just annoying

- Even the “benefits” are not beneficial at all

- Driver asks for more money than what the app said
