Close and restart the Lauda app on iPhone
Update Lauda app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lauda iPhone app

Fix Lauda on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lauda network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Lauda not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Lauda app issues:

Force Stop the Lauda App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Lauda app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Lauda to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lauda App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Lauda app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Lauda.

Fix Lauda unable to contact server/ Lauda internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Lauda » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Lauda » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lauda on android.
