I’m trying to manage my booking and the app and website both just freeze. I’ve tried several times and deleted and reinstalled used other devices and still no avail

I booked through a 3rd party and they say that's why I'm having a problem with the MANAGE my booking it doesn't work. The screen just freezes. Supposedly, they know about this GLITCH. I want to check-in 24 hours ahead of time too but doubt I will be able to. Also, on hold for hours and hours till your phone battery dies. I even tried phoning the UK office of AT with no luck. I've booked 1/2 my journey with WESTJET and what a difference their site works and they call you back at an agreed time. Next time I know who I will be booking with.

Where to start…. Error message on website and app when trying to modify booking, no-one answering phone (do they have staff to answer)?, wrong links supplied to messenger help where you’re supposed to be connected to chat with an agent “in a moment” but still nothing after 3hrs? This airline is a scam!!

I have the same problem....App not registering my booking. I tried calling several times the last month and get frustrated after one hour on hold. What's going on with your customer service ? Extremely stressful and you are wasting my time. Also, I have purchased my seats and would like to switch to Option + Will I lose the seats I've already purchased ? Will I be reimbursed for what I already paid for extra? There are no electronic options that answer my questions...

I have a booking with AirTransat U12FUM Manchester/Toronto/Montreal 23 June returning Montreal/Toronto/Manchester on 18th July When I go on "Manage my Booking" I get the message "Booking not found" I have never had this problem before This means that I cannot check in online. I always check in online and cannot go to the airport without doing this. I am not prepared to do all the check in at the airport. Delays at Manchester Airport check in and security are currently very bad. I have tried many times to contact you by telephone and hold on and hold on and hold on and then get cut off Please enable me to access my Booking I find this whole situation very stressful
