three days of this error message coming up, hours on the frontier chat. I have tried multiple devices with the same results, so much for having a credit card with perks. Miles we can't use to book our flight without using an online chat person to book the reservation which will cost another $35. per reservation. I have tried 5 times and then tried my neighbor's computer, but every time I am read to "hit" accept and purchase my tickets a big red "ERROR MESSAGE" comes up. There are six lines of words and numbers (i.e. 1094; Remoting Services.ServiceHost.exe; .....goes on and on. I have not been able to book tickets for my last two trips and had to end up using another airline. I am a Frontier Airline Credit Card Holder and can't even use my miles due to this malfunction. It has been this way for at least two months. Please let me know what is wrong. thanks

I am unable to book a ticket. I have tried everything - different browsers, different computers and phones. Every time I get to the last page - pay and accept - it gives me an error message or redirects me to the home page. This is ridiculous. I have spent hours for something that should have taken 10 minutes. I have tried their chat - today that is not even working. Last night when I tried the chat they just wanted my credit card information without even asking for my membership number. So sad. It used to be a great airline.

Been trying to download app, make a password only to be told password is incorrect. get a temp password and that does not work

Trying to find "my flights." Network error keeps coming up. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app on Android phone. Has been happening for weeks. Almost time for my flight. Sure would be nice to use an app that works!

App times out when displaying boarding pass. Takes a long time to bring it back up when this happens. Extremely inconvenient when it occurs when in line to board plane. Can’t save to wallet, get “unexpected error”.

error: unable to complete the enrollment into the Go Wild Pass program I’m trying to buy a pass for my spouse under his email address. I’ve tried two different browsers, different credit cards and I get this message every.single.time

Keep getting error when trying to buy my ticket. I had to buy my ticket at the airport and pay ridiculous luggage fees and unable to use any of my 100,000 saved points at the airport because they have to be used online, which doesn’t work. I’m very frustrated as it looks like many people are. My son is trying to buy a ticket right now and keeps getting error. We’ve used two different phones and a computer and can’t buy on either. Please get this fixed!

Been trying to book a flight for 2 since 11/13/22. My sister was able to book, and although being a couple minutes behind her, she kept getting the Error below when hitting CONFIRM to book. She and I have been trying to book online, chat, calling 801.401.9000 to no avail. There's not any message saying their having difficulty, or the site is down, or anything. Now the recording is reporting 24-48 hours to respond. Really? They expect us to hold for that length of time? This airline has gone to hell. I am unable to search flight rates and book. Your app says 'network error" this has been going on for days now. Please fix

Please fix your app!!!! It has not been working for months!! Its part of the travel experience. You are taking yourself out of the market for thousands of customers!! Its complete incompetence!!

App has been uninstalled and re-installed multiple times on Android phone. Yet "network error" message persists when trying to log-on on app. This has been going on for days.

When I go to retrieve my flight info it gives "Network error. Please try again later. The app is compatible with my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have restarted my phone. Nothing has worked. This has been the past 3 days.
