three days of this error message coming up, hours on the frontier chat. I have tried multiple devices with the same results, so much for having a credit card with perks. Miles we can't use to book our flight without using an online chat person to book the reservation which will cost another $35. per reservation. I have tried 5 times and then tried my neighbor's computer, but every time I am read to "hit" accept and purchase my tickets a big red "ERROR MESSAGE" comes up. There are six lines of words and numbers (i.e. 1094; Remoting Services.ServiceHost.exe; .....goes on and on. I have not been able to book tickets for my last two trips and had to end up using another airline. I am a Frontier Airline Credit Card Holder and can't even use my miles due to this malfunction. It has been this way for at least two months. Please let me know what is wrong. thanks
I am unable to book a ticket. I have tried everything - different browsers, different computers and phones. Every time I get to the last page - pay and accept - it gives me an error message or redirects me to the home page. This is ridiculous. I have spent hours for something that should have taken 10 minutes. I have tried their chat - today that is not even working. Last night when I tried the chat they just wanted my credit card information without even asking for my membership number. So sad. It used to be a great airline.

App times out when displaying boarding pass. Takes a long time to bring it back up when this happens. Extremely inconvenient when it occurs when in line to board plane. Can’t save to wallet, get “unexpected error”.
