Spirit Airlines Status

App will not let me add a payment method to book a flight. Error message reads “Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later.” I have restarted the app and tried the process several times.

I say: Ops sometimes went wrong try again later. I has been trying for a month and it suck

App says flight canceled but it is not called directly and checked on website

App won’t let me view my boarding pass. I’ve checked in, but it says that function is “not supported on this device.” It worked fine on first leg of trip. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, there should be no problems. Any advice?

i have been trying to cancel my free spirit membership for the last hour. I have tried by my android phone and on my computer. I tried following the instructions but what they tell me to look for is not there. I was charged $69.95 today for my yearly membership. I did not keep track of when my renew was and I know when I signed up I was told it is automatic, but I want to cancel and should have, but did not remember when my renewal was due. I NEED HELP ASAP. The cancelation process is not user friendly at all!

App not providing any flight updates when selecting flight status. Message says “no flights found”

Hello, I try to book a round-trip on your website (Atlanta - Newark from Nov 23rd to Nov 27th) but after entering all my information and proceeding to the payment, the following message appears: "We're sorry but an error occurred and your booking did not process. Every time I finish processing my flight and go to book it( final step) it tells me oops something went wrong

Stuck on "please wait" every time I open the app and I need to book this flight TODAY before the prices jack up again...

When I try to pay for the check bag it’s says oops something went wrong

I open the app, put my last name and reservation number in and hit find my flight, then the app closes. I'm unable to check in to my flight tomorrow as a result and obtain my boarding passes.

When I try to check in, it throws error message stating to call. If I get past the check-in and try to save or print boarding pass, it throws the same error message.
