i went to the hitv.vip as sugessted. But when i tried to log in, all I got was 'error'. I tried to create a new user with a different email but recieved the same generic 'error' message. not sure what is goin on here in the US with your app......
There's an error in with my hitv, it was working good until yesterday,I've been using it for more than two years, but now when I try to watch any drama " request data is abnormal, please try again" message is displayed,this is very saddening,I'm used to watching dramas everyday, so please try fixing it as soon as possible, Thank you

Error Code: 10004 Try again and when i click the try again button it still don't work and came out again same just like first.

Hitv was working properly. But, nowadays when I wanted to watch an episode it says: "too may people are watching~click the button to reload the video. error code 10003" I've actually recommended this app to my friends and others because this app was working very properly. There are many shows missing. They show up and then the next time they're disappeared?? Like alchemy of souls season 1 and other shows. I can't find them no matter how much I search. And even if you're in between watching an episode forgot about the ad it stops right there and show's like too many people are watching or error. And when tou close the app and then open it there's no series like that? I mean i was in middle of watching that exact series which the app keep saying that it's not in the app. The app also closes own it's own even if you're watching. It also needs sign up every time.

Okay,this is the last straw. A couple months ago,all Western movies were available. Now they're not. Some kdramas I saw have suddenly disappeared. I'm asking for you to put them all back. If there's a problem,please try to fix it. The versatility of Hitv is what we the viewers love the most. If you take that away,then Hitv is nothing. So there is this kdrama called “the glory” I watched it in HiTV in January and right now when I wanted to search abt the drama to see if they uploaded season two, it was not there so I basically went to search season one and when I found it in my favorites I clicked on it and it says “loading failed , please try again” I thought maybe my internet connection is bad or low , but it’s not , I thought the problem is from my phone then but every single drama works and not the glory so why is that?

I downloaded this app in December 2022 at first this was my favourite app I just loved it but then Back in January and February 2023 the app removed a lot of drama like all of us are dead, squid game, and many more so I request you to bring the dramas back asap then I would give a 5 stars rating

hitv wont allow me to login into my account via facebook cant access my list or save to my list
I have accidentally deleted harrypotter movies I want them back now so what I have to do to reload the movies
