HiTV Status

This app is not working right I have reported this and still it does not want to open the content it just show adding content help please

When opening any episode from my history it shows "failed to get resources" and I can't see any recommendations on home page and explore page, not even when I try to search any particular series or whatever. Please do solve this as quickly as possible.

subtitles won't work even with them turned on,tried to delete the app and redownload it but it won't work

Some series and movies which i watched already and also some which i wanted to watch is now saying not avaliable.

The app is not working, it keeps showing me error code 10004

the first thing i want to say is the original app is not available on ps. so if accidentally i uninstall this app i wouldn't find it easily..now my request is this app doesn't show subtitles after almost 1 week of try it shows once i watch only episode and again it disappears and again i have to wait when it is going to appear please fix this prob i have so much dramas to watch my humble request please

All the subtitles have disappeared, no matter the language, no subtitles are shown

All the subtitles of all dramas just disappeared and there is no way to understand what the characters are saying please fix the problem

I can’t seem to play movies i’ve downloaded offline

it says is not available in my area and that makes no sense because it was working until I switched my phone. Can you help me fix it please and thank you 😊

It always shows me too many people watching please try again later and even if I try after a long time it shows the same . Kindly do something regarding the same

When I tried playing a kdrama episode it just doesn't load and says "Too many people are watching~please click on the reload error10003."

Hitv is very good app and I also watched everyday but an hour ago it doesn't work and say:too many people are watching error code 10004 please can you fix it

Can't watch videos as it's showing "too many people are watching" from the past one hour

The hitv video is not playing. and when I click to watch an episode, the video is loading. and after some second or minute loading it says Too many people are watching- Click the button to reload the video. Error Code: 10004 Try again and when i click the try again button it still don't work and came out again same just like first.

Why the app is showing 10004 error this is so irritating and not getting fixed please do something faster

Hitv was working properly. But, nowadays when I wanted to watch an episode it says: "too may people are watching~click the button to reload the video. error code 10003" I've actually recommended this app to my friends and others because this app was working very properly. Hitv was one of my favourite app but because of this isssue I can't watch anything..

Whenever I download a movie/drama, the downloaded video continuously skips e.g.(3:15 skips to 3:30), it happens multiple times in just one downloaded video. Please how to fix this?

Hitv is not working on my iPhone XS Max I would be downloading a movie and as soon it’s at the end to be completed, it starts to say error pls try again and when trying again it doesn’t go through but only continues to load waiting

There are many shows missing. They show up and then the next time they're disappeared?? Like alchemy of souls season 1 and other shows. I can't find them no matter how much I search. And even if you're in between watching an episode forgot about the ad it stops right there and show's like too many people are watching or error. And when tou close the app and then open it there's no series like that? I mean i was in middle of watching that exact series which the app keep saying that it's not in the app. The app also closes own it's own even if you're watching. It also needs sign up every time.

Okay,this is the last straw. A couple months ago,all Western movies were available. Now they're not. Some kdramas I saw have suddenly disappeared. I'm asking for you to put them all back. If there's a problem,please try to fix it. The versatility of Hitv is what we the viewers love the most. If you take that away,then Hitv is nothing. Please listen to the complaints and make a quick fix

So there is this kdrama called “the glory” I watched it in HiTV in January and right now when I wanted to search abt the drama to see if they uploaded season two, it was not there so I basically went to search season one and when I found it in my favorites I clicked on it and it says “loading failed , please try again” I thought maybe my internet connection is bad or low , but it’s not , I thought the problem is from my phone then but every single drama works and not the glory so why is that?

I downloaded this app in December 2022 at first this was my favourite app I just loved it but then Back in January and February 2023 the app removed a lot of drama like all of us are dead, squid game, and many more so I request you to bring the dramas back asap then I would give a 5 stars rating
