I have been trying to add an upcoming booking on the emirates app for a few days. It tells me to keep trying again in a few minutes. Have tried deleting and re-installing app but this hasn’t resolved the issue

When I try to book a flight I can put in details like Airport I’m flying from and where I’m going to until i go to select option flights..the app does not respond at all so cant book a flight! Please help this has been going on since 2022

Trying to book a multicity trip, after inputting all three flights and choosing times, message comes up we are having a technical difficulty please try later. This has been ongoing for a long time. Also, can’t update my passport details, I get the same message. Why are Emirates not fixing this?

When I try to add passenger details a message pops up saying 'Sorry, we have a technical problem at the moment. Please try again later'. However, every other option appears to be working.

I can see my booking in the app FKKRL2 but when I click on it to manage my trip I get a message saying “sorry, we have a technical problem at the moment. Please try again later”. I’ve been getting this message for the last six months or more, ever since the booking was made. I’d like to be able to use the app to fine tune the experiences available to me on my flight which departs on the 5th of October, just 10 days from now.

I have tried to pay for reserved seating. However during the authorisation process when paying the site stopped and it is now saying it is not booking seats for that flight
- Difficult to use
- Had to call Emirates twice to purchase seats and then again to get my passport number entered
- App kept entering my birthday in Skyward on the wrong day
- Not fully checked in, so guess that will happen at the airport
