Barcode does not come up on the app, is this a scam or what?
I enter info about product(s) wanted & pump number. Then get message "transaction failed invalid unit number"
Barcode reader on your pumps never work!

Loves mobile fueling gives message saying transaction failed immediately from selecting what type of fuel I would like to buy.
App opens I enter my password I enter the diesel and pump # after that blank screen so I use my fuel card at pumps fine but it’s not giving me my points
When I tried to install the app it says not supported by my device. I have had the app on this phone for years and would not work today.
Doesn't ask for my truck number then tells me my truck number is invalid.
In three different states, the barcode reader at the pump for the loves app and has not worked. It has never worked at a pump. I have to go inside the store and pre-pay to get the $.10 off
App wont let me log in to go deals on get a shower.
The barcode on my phone app has NEVER been successfully scanned by a Love's gas pump. I've tried at least 10 times. I had an employee tell me that most of the pumps don't read the scan. This feels like a scam. I'm going elsewhere. Bye bye Love's.
My love's app won't come up
The barcode does not come up.
I downloaded the app but when I open it, there is no barcode.
So, it's been at least a month since downloading the app. The barcode doesn't work. Doesn't come up. I have even deleted the app and re-installed. Still no barcode. Just says error.
I was told 48 to 72 hours to repair barcode issues. It has been that long and still no barcode. Any idea how much longer? Thanks
App pulls up main screen at each location just fine but as of last week when I punch to fuel or check in for shower, it says "cannot find location" and won't function any longer for either service. It won't work either side of fuel island or in the parking lot any more.

Since updating the app about a month ago I can't login to loves pay to start the fuel pump, but when I'm done fueling I get updated points totals immediately.
