Every time I put in an online order merchandise is available. . .they take my funds. Then in one or two days. They come back and the order is cancelled!!!! But they said I would not be charged UNTIL THE ORDER IS SHIPPED. WRONG. THEY ARE HOLDING OVER 600 USDs of my funds!!!!! Contacted the Federal Trade Commission. They deemed this as F R A U D!!!! NOW RELEASE ALL MY FUNDS!!
Sam’s Club scan and go app no longer working on my android Samsung. Says there is no version for android. I just renewed my membership and would not have done so if I had known this beforehand. I am really disappointed in the whole situation.
I still can not install.the app. I hit install, it spins and then nothing. I have tried EVERY suggestion on how to.fix and nothing works.

I keep getting a message at the gas pump after scanning the bar code that says "We've hit a snag. To fuel, please follow the instructions on the pump." There are NO instructions! It just shows the "home screen" where you scan the bar code. Re-scanning repeats the same message. I have tried different credit cards and different pumps and different days. My husband and kids have even tried different Sam's Club locations. Same result. HELP! Why have an app if you can't use it?! PS - Tried the troubleshooting of clearing data on my Android device. Kids have Apple. Same. No help.
For about a week the app doesn’t complete my purchase. I can put items in cart but when i choose “checkout” and I “slide to pay” it spins, doesn’t complete the transaction, and choosing “close” won’t close the screen. I close the app and my items remain in the cart. Troubleshooting— I’ve rebooted, I’ve deleted app and reinstalled it, but still having same issue.

San & Go Stoped Working. Will not San says cannot read Barcode enter the number. Gives pictures of just produce not things I all the time.

Can't pay for gas with app
App kept stopping. I deleted the app and tried to reinstall but cannot install it. Been over three weeks now. I've checked for an ad blocker and don't find one. Shut my VPN off and still cannot install the app.
Cannot upload the app. I restarted the phone deleted the app tried to reinstall the app upgraded everything done everything my phone tells me to do and nothing is working
Won't let me checkout!
I'm not able to checkout my cart in the app or online. It keeps saying error. There is nothing wrong with my credit card, I've already checked with the bank. It's super frustrating as there are things I need shipped since my local club doesn't carry those products.
I used scan and go today and it wold not let me check out. It said I needed to empty my cart? It did this about a month ago too. It worked regularly until today. Why is it doing this. It is extremely frustrating and a collosal waste of time. John L
The app is flawed
The scan & go option no longer pops up on the app when I enter a Sams Club. They gave me a number to call for support and then I waited two weeks for a call-back. Next, on the call-back, they said "what's the problem!" and that I will get another call- back. Two more weeks later and it's the same problem. The support provided "no support".
When I purchase an item and attempt to put in cart I get an oops something went wrong try later. If I have something in cart and this happens I can't go back to cart I have to go out of app all together and back in before getting in cart. Afraid to order
My scan and go has suddenly stopped working on the gas pumps. I was told to delete my app and download again. Still does not work. Works inside the store. Any suggestions?

When it’s time to pay on the a new box started coming up to verify how many items. Twice now it’s popped up and doesn’t leave enough room to check the box. The person at the door said it happened to someone else so it’s not just my phone. I had to empty the cart and wait and go they the line. It’s a big inconvenience. Any suggestions?

Fuel is not support at this location. Frustrating as hell because Sams does issue physical card anymore and require to use the phone to buy gas. Stuck and hold up a long line. Attendant can’t do anything to help.
