Üdvözlöm! Nem tudom a Candy mosó-szárító gépemet összekapcsolni a telefonommal. Samsug A40 NFC-s. Amikor a mosógép megfelelő helyére odaérinzem csak egyet csipog és rezeg, aztán kb. 1 perc múlva kiírja a telefon, hogy nem sikerült kapcsolódni. Mi lehet a hiba?

The app is a piece of crap

It has been more than 6 months and 2 app updates and the “mixed & colored” program is still broken in English. The program label disappeared (the program description is still there) and if I select it, it runs a program with 0 temperature and weird settings. I have opened a support ticket a couple of months ago and still not fixed. To be able to use program I have to change my phone language to Spanish! That is not acceptable. When I change it to Spanish I can see the “Color Y Mixtos” program label and I can use it.

Worked only once...

The wifi on the machine is not working. I used the app once and was really happy, but the next day the connection stopped working and I’ve tried everything. The reason why i wanted to use this app is because the variety of options within a program, that the regular machine doesn’t have... so basically we paid for all of it and now we can’t use half of them. Also, the program on the machine and on the app, don’t remember the least washing program used so you always have to click/select everything from the beginning all over again.
