App crashes when using the messenger function. Also cannot view or respond appropriately to messages. Very flawed on the back end for sure.

Login errors App doesn't start up just circles endlessly Then I get blocked and have to call. Can never select an appointment. Must wait for dr to confirm. Even when I have an appointment, system says I do not.

I am trying to set up a consultation and the app will not let me go past the Health Profile screen. The Next button does not activate after I fill out all the information that I can.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MDLIVE app issues:

Force Stop the MDLIVE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MDLIVE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MDLIVE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MDLIVE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MDLIVE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MDLIVE.

Fix MDLIVE unable to contact server/ MDLIVE internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MDLIVE » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MDLIVE » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MDLIVE on android.
