BioLife Plasma Services Status

I am now unable to launch the BioLife app on my Samsung Galaxy J7 at all after updating. It just immediately crashes. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.

Won't let me enter promo codes since I started donating weeks ago. Keeps saying, "something went wrong, please try again." So frustrating. Pleast fix.

It has been almost a month i have been trying to register online and on app but i always get an “ERROR” message”. I am unable to register

Unable to log in to my account for weeks now. I was a returning donor and when I log in it says BioLife is experiencing technical difficulties and is working to correct the issue but it's been a month now. Nobody at biolife is able to help me and nobody answers the phone to make appointments so I have to drive 30 mins to schedule appointments. I try the reset link and the the button changes colors but never submits my new password in the email link. This is occuring on multiple devices like cell phone, desktop lap top and even the desktop at biolife. BioLife staff is extremely busy and I feel it is an inconvenience to go to the desk every time to book appointments where others are able to schedule appointments from the app. Also, this happens on the app and desktop website. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled app, updated app, cleared cache and again tried on the website with no success. It is an inconvenience to both donors and BioLife staff that people are unable to use the app, due to ongoing technical difficulties that they are not trained to resolve. From the reviews I have read...this issue has been going on for a long time. Has anyone had any luck with fixing this issue or know who to contact that can look it to this. Nobody has been able to help me and I feel it's being brushed under the rug.

I am trying to register as a new donor on regular website and got the app and it always says register error please try again later. I have tried every day since 10/18 and it’s now 10/27 what can I do to register, this is super frustrating

Can’t schedule appts and balance is unavailable

When I logged into the app, it said I needed to install an update before continuing. Now it doesn't show the total on my card and when I go into the donor scheduling, it says "Donor's inquiry API failed".

Trying to register, keeps saying “try aging later” been happening for at least 2 months

BioLife will not let me register on app or online. It says technical difficulties or registration error each time.

I'm a new donor. Every time I try to sign up I get "register error. Please try again later." This has been happening for the last 3 weeks.

App won't load from Playstore. It "appears" to finish but then, rather than the OPEN prompt, it defaults back to the original INSTALL.

They emailed me back asking a question. I answered the question & that's where it ends. After 5 days of no response, I emailed again. It's been well over a week or more since my 2nd email & still nothing.

I’m trying to sign up as a new donor and it will not let me it says error try again later

My first donating was on 08/02/22 now im trying to schedule for my second donating it wont allow me its saying schedule appointment with physical i been through all that an donated that same day i cant schedule for my second donating it wont let me

App not working since 10 this morning.

Unable to log in, unable to talk to anyone on the phone.Went to your place airport Blvd mobile and was put in a room and told to log in to app I left.
