- The app claims to have a sync feature for multiple caregivers, but this feature is not working properly and the option to create a sync group is missing

- Upgrading to the pro version did not unlock the missing sync feature, despite advertising that it would.

How to fix Ba app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ba app on iPhone
Update Ba app to the Latest Version for iOS

Fix Ba on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ba network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN
