Hi, the Soundtouch iPad app has been popping up this message for two weeks, Bose website is useless, no forum which would be useful for feeding back such things. There was a problem checking for the update (4004 / 0). How can I fix it?

Both of my speakers SoundTouch 30 and SoundTouch 10, are connected to to my wifi (I get a solid white wifi light); however, when I open the App (Windows, iPhone or iPad) it searches for the speakers and since its unable to find them, I go through the entire connection process and at the final step, naming the speaker, I get a message, unable to connect to your speaker(s). soundtouch20 works fine except it can't connect to Soundtouch app on Iphone12. Every time I try to connect The Bose network in my settings it disconnects from the WiFi and says no internet connection but my internet is just fine and works on the speaker

Hi! I have a brand new audio Soundtouch speaker, the application of Spotify is working well. But the soundtouch app is a pain, the application does not recognize my device.
