Can not open my Musi app

It wont play automatically to next song

My phone was stolen, and the music didn't download to my new phone, is there any way you can help me restore it

Must keeps repeating song, not advancing through playlist, unless manually pick another song.

i have made a playlist of 9 videos and converted it from youtube to musi, all but one of them videos play fine, when i click on that one it comes up with “unkown error”. the video works perfectly fine on youtube so im not sure what the problem is.

I have Musi on my phone and it often won't play my music. It'll open up my playlists but it freezes when i pick a song. i have tried updating it but nothing has fixed it.

How do I delete a piece of music from the app?

when i play my songs it just stays on that one song tell i change it even when i hit mix it hasn’t always done this it’s been like this for the last couple months tho and i’ve updated it and everything and nothing fixed it

I tried playing my music on my music app when I go into my game (roblox) and for some reason it just suddenly stops when I play my music. And if you guys don’t know the problem, then it’s probably my earbuds that’s the problem or my device😐🫤

the music stops playing every time i get off the app

The app won’t open at all. It started doing this, this morning.I turned off my phone 3 times throughout the day and when I try to open it it jus closes right back

I updated the Musi app yesterday 11-06-2022 and tried to open, I get a black screen and the app force closes. Please fix this issue. I have thousands of music that I play in my room on IMVU and I’m going to be really upset if I loose all the thousands of dogs I have saved with no way to recover!!😡😤

Doesn’t work keeps crashing after a minute back to homescreen

Heyy , I have had the same problem with the black screen when opening and jumping out of app to Home Screen. Delete app and re download it if u go to back up codes your last backup should be there from updating all your songs should come back as usual hope this helps

Ever since I updated the app yesterday , it keeps crashing

ever since I got the recent musi update, the music cuts off after 30 seconds to 1 minute of playing the song, even after restarting my phone the app still won’t work. is this an issue with the new update??

Musi keeps on shutting off mid song and it’s getting annoying.

i literally jus updated my musi app right nd i tried playing my playlist nd it starts but then stops nd takes me to the home screen of the app 🤦‍♀️

when i listen to my music it stops and leaves the apple in the middle of the song

i updated it last night. now it will play for like 30 seconds and then kick off. very frustrating bc it is the only music app i use.

Keep crashing every-time I open the app

Just downloaded the new Musi update and now it just crashes at random times.

Ever since the new update (06/11/22) the app won’t open. When I tap on it, it shows a black screen and crashes. How do I fix this??? I restarted my phone and everything.

Musi started pausing my songs randomly if I try to listen to it in the background app. I have a better good data & wifi connection so idk what and how to fix this

Recently updated Musi app (11/06/22) and now every time I go to open the app, it boots me out and returns me back to my home screen.

I can’t even open the app!! When I try to, it just kicks me out with this glitchy screen. Please fix this bug I have so many good playlists!!

Last week my i pod could not download the Musi app or my Musi library and on repeated attempts I get the message Unable to download item. Any strategies I could employ to solve this problem ?

Whenever I play a playlist, it replays the song instead of going to the next at the end of a song

When I skip a song or when the next songs starts it sometimes goes very low in volume, almost can’t hear it. It’s when I pause it and play again that it goes back to the normal volume.

Musi would stop playing in the middle of a song from time to time, this past year, now it’s consistent many times in a row every time I use it through the last couple of months and it’s getting worse. It pauses, I have to resume it manually. I’ve had to close it out when I can’t get the song to continue to play, then I can’t even open the app for several minutes. It will stop playing in the middle of a song and start refreshing, I’ll wait, nothing happens so then I close the app and can’t open it for some minutes, it’s just an orange screen. What can I do to correct this?

Just keeps pausing on its own. Can’t even listen to a song. Without it pausing every 2 seconds. Wth is going on it never did this before.

So annoying, Musi app freezes when playing any song on my playlist and kicks me out of the app. It also lags, skips, volume controls itself and raises to high. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app but still doesn’t work.

When I got this app I used to play games and the video/music wouldn’t pause, But now it does please fix it!

The app was working fine, then for some unknown reason, it started freezing when a song starts playing. When I tried fixing the problem by restarting the app, it would just stay stuck on an orange, blank screen and the crash on the Home Screen. I tried a system update, deleting and reinstalled the app, nothing. What’s the deal?

The Music Keeps paysing during playbacc

musi keeps making my iphone lag and freeze and i’m really tired of it i’ve reviewed it but the developers keep deleting it and when i ask via twitter for them to fix this crap app they completely ignore me yet post stuff nobody cares about

Every time I use Musi it makes my phone lag and the response time is long, there’s audio glitches in songs, the music would randomly pause and when I hit play it would pause again minutes to seconds later. The video and time will continue but there would be no sound.

Every time I try and turn on a song it’ll glitch and skip to the next one but it only does this with my aux cord. It just started doing it today.

I can’t import my YouTube playlist. Every time I paste the url code into Musi it says there is an error

The app keeps lagging when I leave it open playing music, but when I turn off my phone before I start listening to music it doesn’t do it a lot just enough to notice. I asked my friend and he said it’s not doing that to him so my phone might just be messed up but it’s only with the musi app. Please read this because it’s really a pain trying to change music in traffic lol.
