My solaredge app is stuck on Feb 19 2024 how do I update it
Since I have recently started importing overnight from the grid to top up my battery I have noticed that the Energy Balance graph on the app does not show my import value correctly. For instance, yesterdays value on the Energy Balance is shown as 0.17kWh of import compared to my smart meter which shows my import as being 3.95kWh
The mysolaredge app is not downloading on the my new phone an apple iphone 13 is there a software error or do you not support apple any more?
The mySolaredge App is working quite well for me but the bar charts on the Energy Balance do not show as much detail as they did. They used to show System production, with export and used shown different colors, also they showed Consumption and separate colors for import, from solar and from battery. Now the bar chart simply displays production and consumption only, though some figures for import and expert are also included adjacent to the bar chart. This problem started two months ago and for a while if showed the full details just for one day, then flipped to the limited charts. The data seems to be available, but just not displaying properly, How do I sort this, please.
I want to see all PV panels on my roof. Clicking on grid symbol in lower right corner I get error message "error loading layout". On another mobile phone, same brand, same type, same OS version, function works fine. Any idea? Thanks!!
My solar app stopped working end of the month (August 2023) no update since then. Also, the web interface gives the same (erroneous) data. Did anybody got a solution to this, as I see many of the solar edge owners have similar problems.
Hi We are in the UK. We have a new install - 18 panels, with 10Kw battery. First the battery had problems, and was replaced. After that the battery charged and discharged only intermittently, and the supplier says they are in touch with SolarEdge and hope for a software update to resolve the "freezing" issue. Apparently other users are experiencing this issue too. For how long, I don't know. I'd be interested to hear from anyone with this problem.
The app is not reporting production in a timely manner. It is about 10:30 am local time on 3-6-2023 and the last update was at 11:00 am on 3-5-2023. A similar delay has been recurring for the last 3 days. When the reporting catches up to the current day and time, the app indicates that the system has been producing power despite the app showing current production is zero. I have the app working on android phone. Why is there such a long delay in reporting and what can I do to overcome this challenge?

Teslareplaced my inverter told me to use the My Solar a on my iPhone. I installed the app and logged in, scan the units bar code, switched the red switch as instructed the phone starts to scan, a message ask to join network, I select join, to then says pending please wait. Then the Wi-Fi changes to LTE and falls to connect.

The app has not updated since the end on May, 2022. Selecting and reinstalling the app does not change the results. The system is performing well but solaredge just quit.

In May, my inverter failed, finally on July 8th, the new inverter was installed. Now the app is not updating the production. I have checked the inverter status, and it is producing. I used to monitor my app daily, which is why I was able to catch it not producing within a day, but now I have no access to it, aside from going to the box and connecting manually. This is by far the worst experience of my life and the biggest waste of $25,000.
The Solar edge app is not showing the energy production at all Since 24 June 2022 . Also the site (mysolaredge) is not showing any activity . I have already resetted the Converter & router, but that doesn't cahnge anything. I'm convinced that the system delivers energy. The Energy meter in my house shows that I am consuming and delivering energy.

The app always displays 0% export. We are currently producing about 2/3’s more electricity than we using. The vertical graph displays no export percentages.
The app doesn’t give all the data, Even the website doesn’t display all the data. It will not give what I sent to the grid. The website, when I look at the CVS sheet doesn’t give the import or export data. It only gives the Date, Watts only. No import/export info.
