I switched my online purchasing almost exclusively through your portal. I have had to open three tickets for cash back and they are still pending an investigation. I have four or five additional purchases that were logged in "my shopping Trips", merchandise purchased, and received by me, and 14 or more days have passed without credit back to my account. Opening a ticket to resolve each purchase for cash back is time-consuming. I am beginning to suspect the site is having problems beyond technical, perhaps financial, however, whatever it may be, consumers should be alerted. There are other site alternatives.
