I am trying to confirm payment after receiving item but every time I click on this seller, I keep getting message 'we've encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.' This problem is happening with this one specific seller only, all other seem to be okay

Cannot upload photos

I can’t open Vinted I just keep getting a circle, I’ve tried to delete app & re download but just the same doesn’t let me open or anything just the circle of doom !!! Which is a pain as I’m missing out on my purchases

I keep trying to upload clothes and it keeps asking for sizes although I have put them in

I tried to set up a Vinted account. The app based me in the US which is wrong and can’t be changed. There appears to be no solution 🤷🏼‍♀️

Vinted won't update new items eg if I go onto peacocks dresses it's not putting new dresses on just the ones iv seen

I’m not in the EU country, but I leave the EU address which is my friends house. But everyone I clicked “buy now” it shows there is something wrong and I don’t know the reason.

Whenever I go to open a sellers item on my Samsung galaxy A32 with all the latest updates & app - Vinted locks up so I have to close the task & either restart Vinted or the mobile. I lose everything & have to start again. I can never use Vinted properly

It won’t let me process the payment. I keep getting the message to review with my bank which I confirm and then head back to the Vinted app to confirm I’ve confirmed with my bank but it keeps says Failed and taking MMR back to the original “but it now” bit of the page ?

Hello, I just received a message from a seller as I have been having issues tracking a parcel and still not received it but todays message was about paying extra postage of £1.45 to Evri with a link that I did not click but I messaged the seller back suggesting contacting Vinted to get advice. I then messaged to say could I pay the £1.45 extra postage on collection. Since sending that message I am unable to open my messages? I have never had a problem with the app in the past and have turned my phone off & on and updated the Vinted app but not sure what else to try? Thank you in advance for your advice.

I’m unable to buy anything on the Vinted app- when I choose the option “Buy Now”, I get taken to a conversation with seller and nothing happens. In addition to that, I’m also unable to buy anything on the Vinted website- I do get further through the purchase, being able to put in my shipping address and bank details. However, we I choose to pay, I get an error message pop up that says “errors.unknown” and I’m unable to complete my purchase.

Won't let me buy anything. Keeps telling me my card has failed. Checked my bank account, nothing wrong there. Try other cards too.

I am experiencing problems accessing my vinted app. I tried several times between yesterday and today to go into the app but it keeps telling me that vinted servers are down. Please solve this issue for me as I need to place several orders.
