Can’t play when on different screen on iPhone. Basically no background app connection. Has to be the primary screen at all times. Annoying when trying to be discreet

I can not connect via Bluetooth. Can you give me a step by step instructions?

I can’t get it to connect to the internet even though I am connected to the internet

app will not connect keeps saying "connection error" or could not connect to port 80....and several other weird error messages. I followed all the troubleshooting steps and still it will not work.

When trying to message people. I get a pop up that says feature currently unavailable due to maintenance. It has stated this since downloading the app

as a new user, we are unable for finishing our registration steps ..especially on the page USER AGREEMENT doesnt have REFUSE or AGREE button...so we can not log in..

Love Spouse will not download on my android. It says to "try again" which I have & nothing.

The music mode on the app does not work.

The first time I connected the app, it would replicate the patterns vibrating my phone. A couple days later, it no longer does that.

My partner tried to register a new account after downloading the app. He keeps receiving an error message: Registration Failure. Could it be his user name? If it could be something else, will you please let me know what we should try to fix it? Thank you.

App won't let me log in after registering

We uploaded app and device is connected and app is working when device is near to phone. But it doesn't work at all when we are far away from each other.

5 uses and 3 days past return date to Amazon, device stopped working. I placed it on the charger and when I took it off it was stuck with the light on but not actually coming on.

I tried to connect to my boyfriends phone. He is long distance and it worked for the first 2 days but now it won't connect to it. I don't know what happened. Please help

This toy doesn't connect to the phone unless I hold my phone to my pelvis...the connection or binding code says it's not correct, which is a simple number 0087 .....and additional to that when it's running or connects you can't shut it off on the app you have to literally take it out to manually stop it. You cannot touch the vibration and hit it a second time to stop it, which made for an embarrassing moment when trying to be sneaky and get a little play in and you get walked in on....not satisfied at all more frustrated then anything.

It’s not letting me reset my password

The device doesn't start. It's been on charge for 6 hours straight and even now it doesn't start.

Device constantly vibrate. When I turn it on it won't stop a constant vibrate

It just will not stop vibrating can't change its mode even if turn it off then back on it just starts uo again

The device only gives one seconde of vibration. And does not give a continues vibration.

Is there a search list of phone numbers or code numbers for other participants we may want to connect with? As a new user I don’t know how to connect with anyone.

Classic mode is completly gone. Logged out logged in. Even Uninstaller and reinstalled. Still gone

When I click on my device in the app it kicks me completely out. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now sure what else to do.

The toy is just continuing the last command every time it's turned on. Can't change it manually out with the app

Cannot get my husbands app to connect. When it does finally work it won’t work when under water, and stops after he’s a few feet away. We reinstalled the app, relinked the device and nothing seems to help.

Hi my remote won’t connect, can anyone help??

First time I turned on works perectly. Even before istall the app, I was able to change frequency with the start button. Now with the app, the frequencies works only 1 second and stops. How do I do to restart or fix this situation. Works good with video and music mode, but not with the frequency.

All my notifications are on but it won’t tell me on my phone when our device is turned on, which is kind of a bummer and takes the surprise out of it. Can I fix this? Or is not able to do this. Thank you

Hello i just got the product but i hadn't any code in the package. I contacted the support via app and they send me a code but it doesnt work. It seemw that binds but it doesnt work at any mode. The bluetooth is open and the wifi. I restarted the phone and the device but nothing changes. Can you help me with this issue?

Trying to register a new account, and it only shows a button that says "registered". How do I register?!
