I can’t get it to connect to the internet even though I am connected to the internet

We uploaded app and device is connected and app is working when device is near to phone. But it doesn't work at all when we are far away from each other.
5 uses and 3 days past return date to Amazon, device stopped working. I placed it on the charger and when I took it off it was stuck with the light on but not actually coming on.

This toy doesn't connect to the phone unless I hold my phone to my pelvis...the connection or binding code says it's not correct, which is a simple number 0087 .....and additional to that when it's running or connects you can't shut it off on the app you have to literally take it out to manually stop it. You cannot touch the vibration and hit it a second time to stop it, which made for an embarrassing moment when trying to be sneaky and get a little play in and you get walked in on....not satisfied at all more frustrated then anything.
It’s not letting me reset my password
The device doesn't start. It's been on charge for 6 hours straight and even now it doesn't start.

It just will not stop vibrating can't change its mode even if turn it off then back on it just starts uo again
The device only gives one seconde of vibration. And does not give a continues vibration.

First time I turned on works perectly. Even before istall the app, I was able to change frequency with the start button. Now with the app, the frequencies works only 1 second and stops. How do I do to restart or fix this situation. Works good with video and music mode, but not with the frequency.
All my notifications are on but it won’t tell me on my phone when our device is turned on, which is kind of a bummer and takes the surprise out of it. Can I fix this? Or is not able to do this. Thank you
Hello i just got the product but i hadn't any code in the package. I contacted the support via app and they send me a code but it doesnt work. It seemw that binds but it doesnt work at any mode. The bluetooth is open and the wifi. I restarted the phone and the device but nothing changes. Can you help me with this issue?
