OANN Status

Live works fine on my firestick. everything else i can select but will not play any of the videos of past listed episodes.

OAN freezes every min or 2 and then continues to play. This has been going on for quite sometime. Please resolve this issue. It is not an issue with my internet provider. I have gig fiber and no other streaming app is having an issue.

I can't connect to oann.com I guess the communist haters of truth are on the attack again.

My wife and I have had a paid subscription on both our TV and iPhones and iPad for years. Today I cannot get OAN on TV but can on iPhones and iPad. All I get is the OAN full screen logo. I have installing a new app to no avail. Help

It freezes for a moment. But every 15 to 1 min. Enought that it's is quite irritating.

oann works on one TV but wants to charge me for third TV. netgear 23 on one line wireless and netgear 23 5 on other. 10 steps to wireless on both TV. one router.

The shows from the night before aren't current. Today is Friday and only Monday's shows and earlier are available. I like Dan Ball and Tipping Point, but the Tuesday Wednesday Thursday shows aren't there.

Live stream plays, but past episodes will not. Player opens and seems to start playing but screen stays blank.

I have opened an account and paid for a subscription. It is not working and keeps asking me to sign up for a new subscription. Please correct this as soon as possible. Thank you, Nancy Ensminger

My login will not work on my tv. It does work on my phone and my tablet. I would like to log in on my tv app. Help!

My husband and I both have OAN live (paid subscription) on our Android phones. He is able to play the On Demand videos with no problem, but I cannot. It just buffers endlessly. The OS is up-to-date. The OAN Live app is up-to-date. All of our other viewing at home is streaming, with no problem: Fubo, Pluto, Fox Nation, History, etc. I have cleared the cache, but the problem has not been resolved. I really enjoy Dan Ball's and Kara McKinney's shows, but can't always watch them in the evening, which is why I want the On-Demand. I have asked for assistance in the past, but the problem remains unresolved.

Trying to pay so I can watch it

On my last message from OANN I was messaged back to try using another computer. I tried my desktop with windows 10 and still can't play on demand. From reading post sent to oann I see there are several people experiencing the same type issues. I hope you have a fix for this if not why am I paying for this service.

Why is nothing being done to fix the annoying problem of not being able to connect to oann.com consistently? I want to get off this roller coaster ride of, off again on again.

I can't connect to oann.com I receive this error message: "Cannot establish a database connection" The problem is not on my end... I think Verizon is blocking oann.com to keep people in the dark, and ignorant to gain a political advantage. If this is not the reason, why doesn't oann.com fix. and or upgrade their servers?

I cannot go to oann.com I am getting no error messages.

Audio on OAN Live on my Fresticks has started echoing and everytime I try to get out of it it gets worse. I have reset my firestick but it does not fix it.

For the past couple of weeks or so Every time I open my OAN live app I hear two broadcasts at the same time....one slightly behind the other......almost like an echo. When I try to go back on my firestick and reselect it or shut it off it returns to the original firestick menu but I still hear OAN and can only shut it off by turning off the TV and restarting it which shuts down the streaming and then reboots it. Why is this happening?

When turning on OANN we get a volume of 50 people talking at once. This does not happen with our system anywhere else. We use our fire stick to get to OANN the system video comes up after login, but everybody is talking at once. This has happened several times. The first time it settled down but now it does not. can you determine why we are getting multitudes of voices on you channel only?

We have had double audio for the past several days on Firestick TV we can correct it, but then the problem reoccurs.

Now I can watch OANN on our firebox, but we now have two or three audios running at the same time. WTF! Also when I try to switch apps OANN continues to play said audio. I have to restart firebox to stop it. I tried to log out but audio continues. It does not do this on our Sony tv.

16DEC22 I'm having audio synching problems with OAN Live on my FireTV units, and ONLY on the OAN Live APPs. Have uninstalled and reinstalled with same results. This has been going on for several days.

Suddenly started playing with double audio when streaming via fire stick

I am using the OAN app on my tv with a fire stick. The audio echoes and the OAN audio continues even when I exit the app. I have to shut everything off to stop it.

OAN has a double audio stream for the last 2 days. Reset the app on Fire Cube, also reset the Fire Cube. Problem still exists. What is the fix?

OANN On Demand won't play. OANN Live plays great.

On my desktop On Demand works fine. But on my Roku TV On Demand is scrambled. How can I fix this?

iPhone Chromecast stopped working. Now, I cannot even watch from phone. All this starting happening around the time 2000 Mules was being shown on OANN.

Cannot connect through Fire Stick. Can connect over PC, iPad, iPhones. Have cleared data and cache, updated app and Fire Stick, uninstalled and reinstalled. Still will not work. Wondering if Amazon blocked the app. Would not be surprised at all. Any ideas as to what else I can try?

I use the Opera browser; every time I want to check the news, the website is a white page. It was happening on Chrome, then suddenly started working; I like the new layout. But on Opera, nothing is showing up. The app for Android; no matter which heading I click on, it's a white page. Videos, business, technology, usually work. Tonight, for the 1st time in weeks, top news suddenly showed up. My brother has an account with you and we watch OAN every morning. Is there any way your techs can fix this?

Ok folks settle down on the fraud allegations, these thing do happen especially to a budding network and this may be by means of nefarious and malicious acts. THINK PEOPLE THINK! So the GATEWAY site OANN.COM is the networks home page from there you are must engage the streaming services live.oann.com, thos it true for not app based access such as web browsers to include, tablet, PC Base, non app based phone, and IPAD devices. Now APP BASE ACCESS such as ROKU, PRIME, The OANN APP are directly point to the LIVE.OANN.COM ... STREAMING PORTAL of the OANN.COM NETWORK. So see we are looking at two ways to access the STREAMING GATEWAY one direct and one via the host network page. Here are my findings: The oann.com site is up YES, BUT the LIVE.OANN.COM is not which is the streaming feature of OANN. Stuck on Dan Ball segment regarding the border. Same story keeps restarting.

I haven’t gotten any new news stories in a few days. It is still showing earthquake in Mexico as the newest story. I deleted the app and re downloaded it and it is still stuck on the same old stories. I have an iPhone. Thank you, Kevin

I can’t get on my Roku app for OANN or sign on my oann app on my iPhone ! It worked up to yesterday !

I signed up on Apple TV account, Samsung tv and when I try to open the app it tells me I need to subscribe. I only have problems with OAN on the tv and I’m wondering if Samsung is blocking the app?

Installed OANN app through ONN streaming device on TV but screen has washed out look and a video bar running across the bottom. Very annoying. Should this app be uninstalled and reinstalled?

OAN Live for Apple TV continues to malfunction. It will work once but after that the audio sounds like there are two streams. Using the app switcher to quit the app does not correct the problem. Deleting the app but saving the data doesn't help. Deleting the app and its data then reinstalling the app and going through set up again does correct the problem temporarily but then it recurs. It looks like the app isn't refreshing properly when the Apple TV disconnects. This happens on both our Apple TVs. I really regret signing up for 12 months but I was trying to support OAN. It looks like your customer support is nonexistent.

I purchased OANN for Apple TV five days ago. I watched it off and on for the first day with no problem, but it hasn’t worked since. The screen stays black and there’s no audio for four days now.

For the first time, I noticed an hour ago, that I can’t log into OAN Live on my computer or iPhone. One of my smart TVs used to let me watch, and my other TV gives me audio only without picture. I think somebody is hacking into their signal, I don’t blame OAN

This is fraud. You charge for a service that you are either unwilling to too incompetent to provide. You app on Directtv-Streaming seem to have been outsourced for about $5/hr and you still didn't get what you paid for. I am requesting a full refund for your fraudulent charge.

When logging on to OAN with my smart tv NO picture, just audio. When using our fire stick or casting from our chrome-cast picture keeps freezing. Very disappointing

Signed up, prepaid a year (big mistake). Loaded app on my Sony smart TV (android based) and got a user/pw prompt, and it worked. Encouraged, I moved on to the bedroom tv with Roku. No signon option. Only a Subscribe link. I'm already subscribed. Home office TV with FireTV stick. Same thing. No logon, just subscribe and authorize amazon.com charge. Sent support request via the OANN support page. Got a reply that consisted of a list of supported devices. That's it.

I’ve been with OAN day 1 and now have the live and the older one. And the live stopped working and been like this all week and I’m paying for it and I’ve ask for help and nothing.

mt subscription is active but i cannot watch oan. keeps telling me i need to purchase! this has been happening since 2-25-22. My subscription was due to renew on 2-26-22. Do you ever help your customers?
