My game will not load. All I get is the initial black screen with the Metacore logo, and then it pops off and I'm back to the home screen on my Android phone. I've been playing for a very long time on the same phone, with an increasing frequency of crashes lately, but I've always been able to reload and resume my game - until three days ago. I don't know what to do - I do not want to lose my progress, and I love this game so much, I really want to keep playing! Please help!

Constant crashes- cannot click beyond one series.

Game starts to connect to server, gets to 50% (exactly) and stalls. I have deleted and reinstalled several times and still stalls. Finally deleted and will not reinstall.

Every time I want to play the game it will not open. I have to try 5 times before it will load and I can play.

Level 37 / I con no longer get my daily options to buy more energy, or get a daily piggy bank. Why?

Since the new update I keep getting kicked out of the game and have to go back in.

My android phone is frozen on the merge screen. I cannot even turn my phone off, resulting in not being able to use my phone.

it loads than the game freezes and goes back to the loading screen and sometimes during loading it will say unknown error. contact support ( error code1328.

Keep trying to start the game for few day now, but only get an information "connection lost, error 1321f".

Merge mansion is making me start over. I lost everything.

I keep getting a network error message 1315. Have tried to get into the game for an hour so far.

I can’t play any events. They all have green check mark and I can’t open them to play. What’s wrong? How can I advance to the next level? I’m stacked on level 32.
