My game will not load. All I get is the initial black screen with the Metacore logo, and then it pops off and I'm back to the home screen on my Android phone. I've been playing for a very long time on the same phone, with an increasing frequency of crashes lately, but I've always been able to reload and resume my game - until three days ago. I don't know what to do - I do not want to lose my progress, and I love this game so much, I really want to keep playing! Please help!
Constant crashes- cannot click beyond one series.
Game starts to connect to server, gets to 50% (exactly) and stalls. I have deleted and reinstalled several times and still stalls. Finally deleted and will not reinstall.
Every time I want to play the game it will not open. I have to try 5 times before it will load and I can play.

it loads than the game freezes and goes back to the loading screen and sometimes during loading it will say unknown error. contact support ( error code1328.

Hi, my merge mansion keeps freezing and won’t let me move from one screen to another, it won’t let me do anything! Lasts for a few hours.
I’m not getting a lot of the rewards they come with the spring event. It’s missing probably 2/3 if the rewards. Even if I go out and back in like I had to with the last event sometimes, it doesn’t work.
