Have tried everything from restarting phone to trying on different devices and the pdfs for the weekly schedule will not load.

I got a new password but it doesn't work with my username. I can't log in

I have been trying for 3 weeks to access my accessible money and I have not be able to. I have spoken to over a dozen reps and they say that my money is accessible and to log out and log back in and I do that and it is still showing the same thing over and over again..

I went to the app on Tuesday Nov. 1st 2022 and it will not respond. it is working for all my other coworkers. Ive restarted phone, shut phone down and uninstalled and reinstalled also wifi is not the problem. nothing will work. please help
The calendar icon in the right hand corner won't open for me. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app a couple of times, it still won't work. I need this fixed
It logged me out on Thursday September 1st and when I was able to log back in to it The calendar schedule in the corner, that opens as a pdf won't do anything now. It logged me out on Thursday and when I was able to get back in it will not let me tap the calendar symbol towards the right upper corner that goes to the entire schedule for the facility.no matter how many different times I have tried.
I downloaded/installed the new Onshift update and now I can't open the schedule for the week in the app. The calendar schedule in the corner, that opens as a pdf won't do anything now.. and I can't uninstall the update... please fix this issue. Thanks...
