I cannot log into my app! I've uninstalled/installed , scanned my license and nothing. I mean no disrespect but I can't understand the customer service person.
I'm on vacation out of the country in Thailand, and got the email to enter my mileage into the app. When logging into the app, I get "Something went wrong on our end, try again later" Error code 1000. I have been trying for the past 4 days. I wrote down the mileage before leaving, but can't enter it. I won't be back home until the first of November. Is there a solution to my problem?

Says the user id or password is not correct. I have been using said id and password from day one and no problems. Scan the back of drivers license and tells me I don't have an account. Receiver working.......red light blinks. I say ok send me email/text so I can choose another password or log in and never get either. What's going on???????

Code 4000, what does that mean? Any hint on something to change?
The app will send me text messages while I'm driving that says it can't record my trip because of my battery settings. I haven't changed any settings. Then it will record one way of the trip, but not the other. I have tried to see if it needs to be updated but can't find anything about it. Carol Grissom
it wont let me login on the app. i try to put in my dl number and it keeps saying records not found but i use this app everyday so i dont know.
Code 4000
Same thing as Rickey Andrews: I tried to log in to submit mileage, and I get: Having trouble reaching our servers. Code 1000. I am out of country, and 888 number isn't handy at all. I am quite annoyed that I have to report mileage so often. The beacon should be able to figure it out itself.
I was logged in the app and now for some reason I'm not. Now it "crashes" either having a error code of 3,000 or 4,000. Doesn't work like it's supposed too.
I can't see the app in play store
App opens with screen saying you don't have any eligible vehicles. Not available in California. I live in Georgia.
Drive and Save App constantly wants me to login. Sometimes there is a network issue message when I open the App,other times it just shows the login request. If this is an expectation everytime I use the App why should I continue using it?
Last week I have been having a problem reaching the network. Says try later. It happens every other time I try to login. I will get in and it goes fine and the next time I try I get Opps.error on our side. Try later. sometimes I will restart my phone and it will go in ok just to have the problem the next time I login. Please help with some infomation.
