I am having trouble with the weather Channel on my IPhone. I have reloaded it and paid for it again. But it keeps crashing.

My apps are at the bottom of home page and if one disappears I go there & pull it back up. I was doing that and it floated up under the TOP OF PAGE. NOW, it's not anywhere. I rebooted but still can't find. Thank you.

The app freezes whenever I try to check weather for somewhere besides my home location.
Was favorite app and then about 3 months ago started freezing up. Can’t seem to get it to work without going in and out a few times or shutting down completely. Was my favorite app and having a hard time moving to a different one.
The app freezes/crashes every time I Ieave the app and try to return to. I have deleted/re-installed it a couple of times. I think it is time to use another weather app and delete this one for good :(

For the past two weeks, I have experienced major difficulties with The Weather Channel app. This is the first time since downloading this app, eight years ago, that I have experienced such problems. The central issue is the app freezes. Perhaps this is known as a crash. In order for me to view any information I have to remove the history from my phone and remove any previously opened pages. And after I view the opening page of the app, it freezes again! Someone told me that it is because of the surplus of ads that the weather channel now has continuously going. I think that at this point I will begin exclusively using the Weather Underground app.
I am trying to delete cities to add new ones and it says network problems and thus has been for weeks and I am connected to internet and get update weather for a selected cities but want to delete some

The Weather Channel app on my android phone keeps closing. I have uninstalled and then re-installed the app and still have the problem. I've been having this problem off and on for a few weeks now. What's going on?
My weather app on my phone is showing the previous 10 to 12 hours not the forecast for the next 10 to 12 hours on radar and does not show any rain on the radar, and we all know how much rain there is around. My sister also has the same problem on her phone as do other friends. My sister is a landscape gardener as is dependent on the rain radar. This started to happened about 3 weeks ago and I assumed it would be rectified but hasn't been.
