I am able to add favorite contacts in the app. The contacts sync to watch but are whited out and nothing happens when you tap on them with the exception that the call log shows another log record every time a contact Is tapped. Some contact names continually scroll in the contact list on the watch and others are stationery. No contact taps start a call. A call from the watch can by started by using the voice assistant Android Phone Android 11. Watch, phone and app all updated to the latest software version. Troubleshooting tried: App cache and data have been cleared. App has been uninstalled, watch reset and restarted, phone restarted, Bluetooth off and on, watch unpaired and repaired. The contact white out (non functional) issues remains. This first gay of watch and app use everything worked well including contacts on watch then suddenly the issue aboe happened and I cannot fix it. Can anyone help?

1. I have two new T21 watches and they seem to have the functions/features I want, but certain functions/features do not work as anticipated or even work well at all, as outlined below. The watches are potentially fantastic with a few very much needed upgrades. 2. I would like to delete all of the watch dials embedded with the watch and replace all with specific downloaded dials. At the moment, I can only put one downloaded dial on the watch, not five which I want. How can I delete the embedded dials and replace them with dials of my choosing on the watch? 3. I would like to have only three sports in the Workout section: Indoor Cycling; Outdoor Cycling; Outdoor Walking on the watch. I don't want to view any of the embedded options. At present, I can add Indoor Cycling, but, when I want to add Outdoor Cycling, Outdoor Cycling replaces Indoor Cycling. - not good. Similarly, with Outdoor Walking. How can I add the sports I want and delete the rest on the watch? 4. Regarding Outdoor Cycling, there is no way to view Distance, like with Outdoor Running and Outdoor Walking. Seems like an oversight that should be easily corrected with an update. 5. When in a Workout such as Indoor Cycling, I cannot use any of the other watch features, such as view the Watch Face to tell time, make or answer Calls, use AI Voice for Weather or whatever, etc. without exiting and ending the Workout and starting a new Workout after, say, looking up the time - that seems ridiculous. Perhaps I'm missing something and you can explain how to exit the Workout without interrupting the Workout while it is in the background. 6. I cannot find a detailed manual explaining the nuances of using the watch. Many functions/features are easy for me to understand. Others require specific instructions, even if available. How can I download such a manual? 7. I look forward to your prompt responses to the issues raised.

I have been using Fitcloudpro successfully for nearly two years when my watch suddenly failed. I have purchased a new watch (LIGE Smartwatch - BW1830) It binds with Fitcloudpro and records on "Today" activities, Sleep, Blood Pressure etc. The latest readings. Only when I touch say "Blood Pressure" it shows the last 6 days figures for my old watch ( now nearly a month old) and not the last few days on the new watch! What is going wrong? Cannot access the dial center on my phone. I keep getting load failed click reload...nor see the current dial on the phone i get no data error. If i cannot get this remedied in 24 hours i will send the watch back for a full refund and have only had it for 6 hours. I am not unschooled when it comes to setting up Electonics so i know it not me that has the issue...all other functions on the watch work but i cannot log into the app with my email and password nor can i change the password i keep getting connection errors I uninstalled the app twice and reset the watch twice also at the same time
