photoTan is blocked .Every week this is the problem.An need to delete unused activation.I am losting my time with this .For an emergency if I need to send money to India I can't.Then I should ask to my friends to send money from their Bank.

Dear Sir or Madamn， I have received the Activation letter sent to me by Commerzbank, but THERE was no response when I used photo tan-app to scan the Activation graphic. I asked my colleague to use her mobile phone to try, but it didn't work either. What could be the problem?
