This problem hasn't been fixed in over a year. I hate this form of account security. If you're going to require me to use an app to access my accounts online, then CommerzbankphotoTAN has to function!

Crash on start iPhone Xs

It works on my iPhone X, but doesn’t work on iPhone Xs.
Tried restoring, setting up as new device, iTunes backup, iCloud backup, nothing works.

Very incompetent

With my iPhone XR, when I point the phone at the cide, the screen ususlly gors white. There is no feedback.
Sometimes there is a buzz to show it has captured the ran, but the screen remains white.
Finally, the number shows, but after a tiny fraction of a second it goes away and you can’t get it back.
You succeed after 5 or 20 tries.
