- They removed their email correspondence and replaced it with chat, but the chat people are very limited in their communication skills and in the range of services they can handle.

- We enter all the security info and when we click the log on button, it flashes and then nothing happens.
- We should have checked the app ratings before opening this account.
- This is by far the worst banking app.
Updated to IOS 16 and also I can’t login into my hsbc app. Please sort out this mess as I need to see what’s happening with my banking. Or else I’ll go somewhere else.

My iPad froze while on account. Paying cheque in , did the front, took photo of back , but froze. All I have on the site is a photo of the back of cheque. How do I get back ?
App does not work and has now locked me out. Have done all the updates etc but no change. HSBC are saying go online instead, but of course you need your Digital Secure Key to do that... ("There's a hole in my bucket..."). So right now I have NO access to my everyday finances. I have been with HSBC for almost 50 years - needless to say, I am not willing to continue to tolerate this nonsense, nor the long winded 'rescue' schemes HSBC are dreaming up to 'help'.
