Holy Crap, app up and working as of April 21, will miracles never cease ? That only took a year

February 23, app still does not work. Somebody somewhere must know what the problem is, they apparently don’t work for Discover though

Same as MANY others. iPhone 11pro app flashes and returns to app screen. Started this crap around May 2022 or so. Have been a Discover user for 25+ years and THIS IS IRRITATING!

Hasn’t worked since early Spring 2022. Tried everything multiple times. Using my work iPhone (identical 12Pro) to access the app. Crazy. Fix it Discover!

Discover App blips and closes during startup since about May. Tried everything you would expect. Reboot, clear cache, reinstall..all multiple times. Strange thing is that there has bee a few new versions of the Discover App and none of them address the issue. How does the app have such a high star count on the app store when it doesn't work?

Discover app doesn’t work on IPhone 14 Pro Max. It just flashes startup screen and disappears

Same as all others I've read. After updating IOS app stopped working. Husband has same iPhonw 12 and works for him. Talked to Apple and Discover and have done all the reboot suggestions. Still won't open. Just flashes and goes off. PLEASE HELP!

Noticed the app won't open last June, it's now October 15. Called Discover in June and they claimed to be working on it. This seems awfully odd, like aliens are in my phone attacking Discover App. Weird. Can't tell you how many times I've deleted and re-loaded the app, and that never works. Go figure

App still not working, been over two months since I called and they told me they were working on it. Maybe Kamala was assigned to get it fixed, just like she fixed the border

I've recently switched over to a Huawei nove 9 and my discovery app seems to freeze when I access my vitality game board.

Same issues, crash, and vanish. These issues have been ongoing for months. I’ve made multiple calls to Apple and discover but issues have not been resolved.

Discover app crashes when trying to open like all the other comments describe. Tried everything mentioned. Worked fine when I had my iPhone 11 then when I got an iPhone 13 that is when the app started crashing. Oddly, my wife and daughter have the same iPhone 13's and iOS version and their phones run the app perfectly. I did a reset/Erase All Content and Settings on set the phone up as new and the app worked perfectly! BUT as soon as I restored my phone from my iTunes backup the app stops working again! So then I did a Reset All Settings with the restored backup on my phone and the app starts crashing again! This is all with IOS 15.5 and the new 15.6! I GIVE UP!

Flash and crash. Same as all the other comments. This has been an issue for me since May on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, running IOS 15.5. I have tried all the recommended troubleshooting to no avail. Funny thing is, I loaded the Discover Mobile app on my wife iPhone 8 Plus, IOS 15.5 and it worked with no problems. I have resorted to using a workaround. Example: Google Discover Credit Card Login. Click on the login link. Once you have the login page up, save it to you phone home screen. Now, I can at least login to my account from my iPhone. Hopefully, the app issue will get resolved sooner than later.

App is crap, does not work. Called Discover a month ago and they were working on it, so they said. Maybe Biden is CEO of Discover🤪

Flash and crash for months. I've tried everything I can think of and I believe the issue is at Discover end, not the local users. Extremely annoying that it cannot be resolved as quickly as it should

The app won’t register my new card. After entering the info nothing happens when I click continue.

Crashes when launching, offloaded app, deleted app, rebooted, reinstalled multiple times. iOS 15.5 w/ app version 2206.0. Issue occurred a few weeks back been using Discover via Safari browser in the mean time.

App flasher then disappears when “clicked” like others. App updated just before. After the first crashes I rebooted iOS and problem persists. iPhone 11.

Same problem. Just a flash. Contacted support and she talked like I was first to report an issue…. did all the reboots and app deletions etc.

The update 2206.0 never worked app crashes immediately! Have complained to Discover tech support and still nothing after almost 10 days! Cray cray!

Having the same problem!!! Try to open, then disappears!!! Nothing!!! My iPhone has latest update, discover app version 2205.0 worked, but version 2206.0 never worked.

Will not open. Just get spinning wheel after hitting log in . Have rebooted phone and forced stop. Still not working. Can get it on desk top.
