My game on Android and Apple keeps saying ' your game is not the latest version. It shows update but when you take this option nothing seems to happen.

When i unlock a restaurant it says server not responding

My app says "Server is not responding" "Please try again in 15 minutes. Support code [10]. I have "Force Stop" the application, updated my software on my Amazon Kindle Fire and it's still not connecting. My internet is reliable as it works on my other devices. Please help. I recently bought more Coins and Gems and don't want to lose them. I love this game.

I play cooking fever everyday and recently it keeps saying that the server is not working but it cannot be my connection since everything else works perfectly fine. It hasn't let me play a game for the last week now and I don't know what to do. Please assist as soon as possible.

Cooking Fever game not opening, alrwady restarted android handset

I just unlocked the Flipping pancake restaurant and when I try to load it up it shows “Server is not responding. Please restart the device and try again”. I closed the game, I restarted and I even deleted the game and reinstalled it but it keeps on saying that.

Hi level 13 not working in Smokin Grill BBQ while in timed Challenge. Customers walk up to counter but I cannot prepare anything to serve them. Thank you in advance for your help

It's not a problem, but I didn't understand why I unlocked to play the medieval fair without paying the money and gems it asks for

I keep getting a "Server not responding" message that also has "Please try again in 15 minutes. Support Code [0]" and a Try Again button that does not function.

I love this game & recently started working on the Medieval Fair, which I play on my new tablet. I'm struggling because I can't regularly get the well to work yet everything else works fine. The well is very intermittent - sometimes it brings the water up, most times it doesn't - which means it will be impossible for me to finish this level. I circle the well over & over, but no water comes up. Ugh. Can you please fix this so I can complete this restaurant? Would appreciate it!

To whom it may concern I’m experiencing problems with cooking Fever for the past 3 months, I’ve messaged already and seen all those messages and no one responded we played these games because we like playing them, at least you all can fixed the problem it’s going on long enough can you do that and let us get back to our game Thank you.

The Free Spin feature doesn't work. The wheel keeps spinning and never stops.

The Medieval Fairs wishing well has suddenly stopped working at level 8!

Very disappointed in the New game Medieval Fair Well does not work have tried updating but just losing my coins and gems have played Cooking Fever for a number of years and have never been so disappointed as I am at the moment

Cooking fever took all my stars from my game and twice in the Medieval Fair game i got enough points to move off of level 17 and it would say i did it but i had to keep repeating level 17

Have been getting the same error for a week now, saying server not responding - try again in 15 mins. And now I have not been able to load the game at all for the last 3 days. I’m at a high level as I play every day and don’t want to lose that! Please fix the issue!!

I started having problems about 4days ago. I haven't been able to log in to keep up with my daily rewards. I deleted the app one day. When I opened it I was to get daily reward. But all the restaurants that I have previously completed all levels at the highest stars and I have collected the reward, are showing I have another reward. When I click it the game freezes and won't open. ☹️Still can't open the game.

With half of my restaurants, the Chef's Mystery Boxes are still flashing, and they were already opened. My daily challenges aren't appearing at all. I think I still need an update, because I haven't seen the Medieval Faire restaurant appear yet.
