App freezes on opening screen
When I tried to recover my account the thing told me there was an error trying to send the email.

When I open the app it is frozen in the loading screen and will not open.
Not able to export driving log on android. Asked to enable a filesystem setting that does not exist
I connected to a hotspot, started a log and disconnected. Ever since then it’s been stuck in a spinning wheel of death even when I exit the app and reset my phone. I really don’t want to delete my data and reset EVERYTHING.
The app is not loading. It is still thinking after many weeks. I don’t want to lose my children’s driving hours already recorded.

Also, my dad stopped getting the email reports a long time before the app crashed on me. Any suggestions or fixes for this?

I have to get my license in less than a month and can’t complete my night time hours bc when I get on the app its just spinning?
Hi! When I try and open my RoadReady app all it does is spin, I've been trying to make it work but it's not working
The road ready app has been spinning on start a new drive for the past couple of days I have good Internet connection I have shut down my phone and it keeps doing it please help so I can record my son’s driving
Every time I try to put in the state when setting up the app it freezes.
App is froze - can't record or start a new drive because the flower is continuously spinning. Want my son's driving record and I can't do anything. He can't restart over. "tinabonner@redacted"
When I open the app, it shows the number of hours driven, however it shows a spinning wheel and will not allow you to start a new drive.
When I deleted road ready cause it wouldn’t load and it wouldn’t let me press start a new drive or anything, I needed to sign in, but I forgot my password, so as one does I pressed the forgot password, and put in my email, every time I pressed send email, it says error Everytime and I don’t know how to fix it
it will not let me enter which state I am from. every time I press on it, everything freezes. but I can enter everything else.
Was working fine until Mon. 7/24. When you open the app, all you get is a spinning wheel. You can't do anything else. HELP......we are a few weeks away from getting license and all the drives are recorded that we can"t get to. Need a few more evening hrs.

App crashes when adding a new driver. When you click the State select option the app crashes unexpectedly. Using IOS 15.5 and latest app download.

The app is frozen. It is trying to save a drive from May 21 and just has the spinning circle. My internet connection works and all other apps are working. I’ve restarted my device and it is still stuck.
My app quit working, it just stays buffering with the circle spinning on the "start a new drive" page
getting error codes when trying to save and then seeing they actually are saving in the log. Now I can't delete.

My daughter has used roadready, but forgot the email she used (or it was one assigned to her in class). either way there is not a recovery pathway to get that and we need her log very badly. Thankyou!!! HEather

The app hasn’t worked in the past few days. It is just spinning. I have tried closing it and reopening it, but it isn’t working.
