App is not responding and closes down, every time I go into a show and type.
My iphone SE is newer and update IOS 17+. Posh app freezes as soon as I touch the X to bulk share. I have deleted the app and then downloaded again, and again and again. I have contacted Posh customer service which has an auto response that their IT is working on it. Frustrating.
Photos not loading. Cannot see items for sale only verbage
there is no scrollbar showing to get to the bottom of the closet. I have to swipe 65 times to get all my closet items loaded in the bulk share. Also, I can't upload more than 1 pic at a time to create a new post. I have the latest version and just switched from iphone to Samsung. This Android app is TERRIBLE
I cannot see my images, upload new inventory and now I have an offer for shoes that I can't accept because the images will not appear leggylana. The app is not working as well...please help
Cannot see my closet.
There is no way to download my 1099K form!!! Nothing downloads. There is NO option if I use a web browser!
My app is not working at all. I can't share from app ,send offers, do lives, share individual listings ect. This has been going on since yesterday morning. I've reached out without any response from Poshmark. My first live is tomorrow and I'm guessing since Poshmark won't respond I won't be able to do it. My non-profit depends on this to help families in need. Note my computer is able to do all things my app isn't so clearly an app issue
Just got a new galaxy a13 phone and the app crashed my phone twice, hadn't even had the phone 24 hours. had to delete the app.
All week have problem listing items. Customer service NO help.
I only know the very basic about my tablet and my posh mark app is now not working. I have over 200,000 followers and nearly a100 listings that I don't want to loose. I read that I can delete app and then download again but I am afraid I will make a mistake. I am hoping you can do this for me on your end. My user name is margaretmaas86. Please help and if you can let my customers know I am having tech problems at the moment.
