I now have two barbecues for my wife and I One green egg and one this app on my greeny I can burn a $50 steak in a minute but now I got the this app and a website that tells me how to do everything and my stuff turns out awesome I would never admit this to my wife but I really like the this app still awesome job teaching me how to cook right down to the minute it was very easy to put the barbecue together and so far everything is turned out awesomeAnd then my wife said he they have a website that teaches you everything I thought I’m in heaven now awesome thank you guys

Weber has some good information, but make sure you opt out of the email notifications. It is like there is a TOTAL disconnect between Weber and the email team. I continually get emails reminding me to download Weber and register my grill, both of which I have already done. To make matters worse, the emails refer to information that is supposed to be on Weber , but is nowhere to be found, which is a shame because some of it sounds interesting, but of course the email does not link to the article. The only reason I can imagine they would not link the article in the email is they are trying to make sure you install Weber . That kind of bull s%^% make me wonder why? Maybe I need to uninstall Weber . Update- reduced to one star. After submitting my concerns I got a canned response that did not address my concerns and requested I fill out all the information they already have from my grill warranty. I will be deleting Weber . I also will be reconsidering buying any this app branded accessories.

Weber itself is a decent app. My problem is with the integrity of the underlying system. I liked the idea of part of the functionality of Weber being tied to the serial number of your grill or grills. However, that only works if the system recognizes your serial number. I tried to register my grill three times through Weber , each time receiving a message stating “invalid serial number”. I called this app customer service. The rep tried to register the grill and had the same problem. The solution: “This happens sometimes. I suggest you keep your receipt in case you have any issues with the grill.” I asked if the problem would be fixed and should I try to register on a month or two. The answer: “No.”

What is the point of setting up a system that only works for some products some of the time? Strange and unnecessary.

I’ve had a this app Grill now for 7 years and just up graded from a small portable gas grill to a new 200 series two burner gas grill.
With the information I received with the grill and the this app Grill App; I’m excited to experiment and come out of my comfort zone of just flipping burgers and grilling steaks.
I will definitely update my review after working with my iPhone this app App and getting more familiar with what it had to offer.

To my personal shock & dismay, the Grill Guide actually allows users to select “rare” and “medium rare” for ground beef, which is the #1 source of food borne illness after fresh produce & dairy. Weber literally allows users to select “rare” and “medium rare” without providing any ⚠️warning or disclaimer⚠️ for the health hazards and potentially serious and life-threatening risks associated with undercooked meat, ESPECIALLY ground beef. Furthermore, Weber ’s internal temperatures aren’t even right. The Grill Guide says “140F” for “medium”, but the CDC/FDA says specifically that ground beef should NEVER be consumed below “160”, which is the temperature for “medium.” The Grill Guide is supposed to help new consumers get their food right. Instead, it’s likely to get them seriously sick.

This could be a great app save for the one bug I’ve encountered. I use my WeberID and my grill shows up. All is good. Then randomly Weber tells me “Something Went Wrong - Try Again.” Unfortunately repeated tries yields nothing.

The workaround is I must go to the settings page, then to the WeberID page. My information is blank but it gives me the opportunity to log out. I must log out. Log back in. Then use Weber . This is very inconvenient when it happens while grilling!

Until this bug gets fixed I’ve downloaded another app that allows me to run multiple timers to use. I really would rather use Weber but don’t want to risk a timer malfunction while on a cook.

this app has made a simple to use and understand app. I appreciate the registration feature, which lets you interact with them on your warranty if needed. The recipes are easy to understand and follow. For charcoal grillers, there’s also instructions on how to arrange your coals. I really appreciate all Weber has to offer. You’re going to love Weber.

The latest revision fouled up the most important part of Weber . Grill guidance no longer works: blank. Click on recent and it shows no recent. Click on guides and it shows nothing. Please fix! App is now useless

Problem resolved with a reload. But the interface is bad. Shows blank screen at each click. You have to scroll up to get any text or links.

I just bought a Webber grill a few days ago and just downloaded Weber. It has some tutorial videos which have no sound. There is a speaker icon and a sound bar, but no sound. My phone is not on silent and my phone’s volume is turned all the way up. My sound is working on my other apps. You could at least put some a musical sound track to these videos so we know everything’s working.

Can you recheck your grill times. Grilled tuna tonight per your guide and it came well done.
This isn’t the first time. I think your grill times listed on Weber are too long. Can you please look into. Use Weber all the time and my skills aren’t the best but even I was surprised to see tuna on the grill for 8-12 minutes for Medium Well.
And I kept under 500 degrees.

I’ve had various types of charcoal grills over the years. I didn’t spend a lot of money on them and I had no idea what I was missing. So glad I bowed up and spent the money on this one. Best chicken I’ve ever grilled. Able to control the temperature and used much less charcoal getting the job done. Love it.

This is great for beginners and intermediate grillers. I didn’t expect this app to have so much information on how to set up the coals, length of time to grill meat with various cuts and thickness. A timer is a plus. this app’s has gone beyond my expectations and u can clearly seen a lot of work has been inputted to the development of Weber .

I have never even grilled before this pandemic, and was kind of intimidated. But Weber made it so, so easy! It was user-friendly, and has a cool aesthetic. Learning was a breeze, and I have already used Weber more times than I can count!

For example, for Switzerland, you can only have it in German. I contacted support, and after providing the specifics they requested, their support team went silent and neither fixed the issue, nor replied to my emails. I understand that you can have errors in Weber , but frankly their communication with customers needs to be improved. Sadly, most likely they will never read comments to use these as opportunities for improvement.

I have been using the this app app for 2 or 3 yes. It WAS a great app with easy to navigate recipes, grilling tips, shopping lists and timers. Even had access to this app branded products. I can only assume that all of their app developers were let go and someone somehow someway totally misunderstands what a grilling app is and what a grilling app should contain. This new update has zero user friendly flows, makes locating a recipe way too time consuming and has links which are basic FAQs when the appearance indicates access to more this app products. Such a letdown

Weber was great for registering my product and the assembly video/tutorial was somewhat helpful, although I had to go the internet and find a blog to finish because the tutorial was outdated and showed the wrong assembly components. I was excited about the recipes until I realized that they are for grilling, not smoking, and since I have a smoker they are not so helpful. :(

I was going through a rough patch in my life. My wife and dog both hated me... UNTIL I found Weber! I was about to learn so much about grills and cooking I retrieved their love starting from their stomachs! Without Weber I don’t know where I’d be, but it honestly saved my life! Thank you so much!

The advice provided on Weber is concise, accurate and helpful. I’ve been grilling for a long time and thought I “knew it all”. Not so- I’ve used the tips and information for steaks and chicken. I can honestly say it was taken my grilling to a new level.

Don’t know why I waited so many years to buy. Must have been the cost, it is well worth every penny. My family has given me a 10 on every thing I’ve cooked. I really look forward to grilling for many years on my Genesis ll.

Quite a disappointment from their previous app. They took away many of the grill timing info. And now with this version, they seem to be more interested n getting you ‘connected’ or ‘hooked up’ to their tracking of what you do with your grill and selling you things. Sad. They still make great grills and I highly recommend them. Just not Weber

Weber is very intuitive, functional and a great resource to have. From registering my grill for quick reference with customer service, to grilling tips for beginners to pros, Weber pretty much has it all. Definitely a bonus for people who purchase a this app Grill. Thanks for the amazing app guys!

I love the Grill guides in Weber. They’re a quick reference for grilling times and temperatures for about anything you can think of. There’s even a robust selection of grilling guides and recipes for vegetables (which I didn’t expect)! I’m grilling harissa-butter corn on the cob as I’m writing this review!

I had the old this app app and really enjoyed it, but these new updates are awesome! There are new recipes, a ton of grilling tips, awesome videos for what to do! My wife loved the instructional videos in the recipe area! I was able to register my grills too, which activated my warranty! This is an awesome app!

I downloaded this hoping for some recipes, as I’ve heard they had great grilling recipes, but I was so blown away by all the other features of Weber ! It has timers, grilling guides for your meats; everything! Well done this app Grills!

This is a really good app. I’ve used a few recipes so far and registered my grill, which I thought was pretty neat that you can do that. It’s cool looking into different accessories they offer as well.

Pretty sure there must be an attorney involved in the decision but I still cook my steaks between rare and medium rare and you left off that option when you changed your grill guide. Shame on you. Nothing higher than three stars from me.

I’ve been using Weber for a couple years now, and in spite of the ribbing I get (pun intended), it hasn’t missed once! And I can live with that!

Weber has been pretty cool for figuring out cook times on my new grill, but seriously.... Ribeye steaks got broken in the last update? Fortunately I remembered pretty much correctly, but how on earth does your QA miss that????

I recently purchased a this app Q and have enjoyed the recipes and grilling tips on Weber. Definitely would recommend this to any this app owners out there!

This is single-handedly the greatest grilling app I’ve ever had! It has tools, tips, recipes, grocery lists... Step x step videos... literally everything!

I love Weber!

I have been trying to register my new, second grill for several days, but consistently get the “Something went wrong, try again later.” I have checked everything several times. App is broken for registration.
