Hello I have been on hold with GoBank for just under a hour. But I am having an issue that comes up quiet a bit and I need assistance ASAP as I need the funds now. I purposely put away a certain amount of money in my vault/don’t touch area so that I couldn’t spend the money and so nothing else would take away from that money. Well here I am trying to move this money from my vault to my checking so I can use it and your app is having issues. It’s continues to say try again later. Can you please assist me in getting this money into my account so I can go about jt day! Thank you very much and I look forward to hearing back from you !

How to fix GoBank app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GoBank app on iPhone
Update GoBank app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GoBank iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GoBank on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GoBank network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GoBank Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GoBank not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GoBank App
1. On android, goto Settings » GoBank » click [Force Stop]

Update GoBank to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GoBank App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GoBank » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GoBank.

Fix GoBank unable to contact server/ GoBank internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GoBank » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GoBank » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GoBank
