sign into tims app. No menu just lines. so cannot order from app.
downloaded and installed tim Hortons app (3 times) from playstore . when trying to open app the message "tim hortons has stopped" appears and "close app" is the only option. is there a minimum android release needed since app works perfectly on different newer samsung cell phone device?

Same like others. The menu does not load up/show on app. Only blank spaces but invisible order items. Other tabs work. This on new iPad and new app installed

I get tims maple leaf then shuts down. Somehow I get points when i use my card but cant use any offers. How can I fix??

For way over month after uninstalling, installing, made numerous complaints by email, Tim site just comes up saying site not working, only shows the Tims failed maple leaf emblem, started working on lap top after a month, but android phone still no operation, company this large is a huge failure for this to go on this long.

For a number of weeks I cannot enter the hockey tournament. It consistently takes two prompts of “Discover” to get to the hockey option, which, when chosen, knocks me back to the discover page…. Very frustrating. Even after rebooting my phone, no change.
Found out that you cannot use the Brave browser if you have received a "share your rolls" from someone. Firefox works.

Same as Richard Eves, I have Samsung phone, same model, and the app will not open or stops running. I can't use it at the restaurant to see your menu, my offers, my point balance ...nothing. TIM HORTON, you need to FIX this because when your roll up the rim event happens and I can't use my phone's app, I'm going to blow up all your social media platforms until I get equal chances of winning prizes and using your app. TIM HORTONS FIX THIS ISSUE WITH YOUR APP NOT OPENING OR WORKING ON ANDROID PHONES!!!!!!

2/27/2023: The Tim Horton’s app will not reload from my Visa card anymore. Shows a confirmation of the reload transaction but it doesn’t reload. Help! Todd Lincoln tllincoln65@redacted
The online ordering deal, has fallen through Tim Horton's hands.... it's been down since Feb 22nd 9pm EST (currently 10:20AM EST) and I can't even get anything to eat or drink with whatever remaining points I have on my account.
I suggest Tim Hortons gets off their a&^ and fix these problems. I loaded $50 the other day and it's never showed up on my account and when I turn the scan & pay on the QR code never shows and I have to completely log out to remove the blanc page. someone needs to be held accountable here

For the past month when I try to open my Tim Horton's app a message appears that says Tim Hortons has stopped and suggests close app or send feedback. Neither option helps. I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 model SM-A520W android phone. I have gone through all the device maintenance, have 2.1 plus G memory free plus reformatted SD card. I have restarted, removed and reinstalled the app and searched the internet for suggestions. Help please! I can not access Tim Horton's for ordering.

Trying to open app on Android phone. Get message "something went wrong at our end". Had this problem for over a week now. Tryed updating app, and uninstalling and reinstalling. No luck. Guess the $20 I put in that account is gone.
My app on my iPhone does not launch. I have tried to reboot the iPhone, remove it from my homescreen and then add it again. However, the synced app on my iPad will launch but it will not show the scan to pay option. I can see the points I have and the amount left on my Tim Card but that's all.
