Pay'n go does not work with Bartell link
I have been unable to pull up my prescriptions on the Rite-Aid app for a couple weeks now. The app invariably tells me to try again in a few seconds, but it never works. This was never a problem with the CVS app.
When I try to access my prescriptions on the app an alert pops up saying: Alert the server failed to communicate with us. This has been happening for at least a week now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I have updated my iPhone. This is how I deal with getting my refills. When is this going to be fixed?
The app will not show any of my prescriptions.
I can’t check my meds
Pay n Go is not working when I get the text. It just stays on the rite aid app. I never had this problem before. It's been going on for weeks.
Pay & Go for prescriptions and delivery not working. I click on the pay link and it just goes back to the rite aid app!

I'm unable to pay for prescriptions when I get the text.
Rite Aid app Pharmacy section is totally blank. My current medications list is gone. The filled medications ready for pick up are gone.
When I try to pay it doesn't go through. I used to always pay ahead to save time, now I can't.
