- There is no instant cash out and you have to wait until Tuesday to see your earnings from the week on the digital wallet and then transfer them to your bank account paying a fee.
- There are technical issues that make it near impossible to consistently accept orders.
- The pay is not worth it.

Since yesterday I have been having problems with face recognition. The app just gets a black screen when trying to do face recognition. Then it just stops and says processing. When it never took my picture
Been having constant problems with the app for over a week now. After completing a delivery, the app starts scanning for a new offer. However, checking trips or earnings shows that the completed trip isn't listed, and in reality the app thinks the order is still unfinished so no new offers are received. The only fix is to chat with customer service and have them manually close the last trip, and only then will new offers be received. Customer service claims that this is a known issue and that technical support is working to try and fix it. However, this makes the app almost unusable. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times to no effect.
I have been having issues for months now with the metrics. My drop rate constantly increasing even though I haven't even logged in for any jobs. After back and forth with customer service, someone actually read my issue and escalated to engineering, which still has not been resolved.

I have shut down my phone several times and unistslled/installed several times but there continue to be NO GRAPHS. Spark app isn’t working can’t accept any orders no timer nothing send several emails speak to several people in the spark team no one is fixing the issue. All they say tech department will contact you but looks like no one care. Keep getting orders but can’t accept them
I have many of the same problems other have with this application process, nobody picks up the phone for help, my email in invalid, my application needs attention, I need to click agree but there is no agree box to click, I call spark the direct me to DDI, DDI has never contacted me back, six months now!?

I signed up to be a driver for Walmart a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything. I go back to the app and sign up again and it says Missing Authentication Token". I don't know how to resolve this.
I was told that I would receive a card that the earnings I make would be deposited to. But as of yet (two weeks plus), I haven't received any such card. Please let me know what is going on, and what/why is the delay.
On signing up to be a driver it says "User Already Exist" I have never applied for this opportunity in addition I called your support number 8779470877 and NOBODYYYYYY answers ANDDDD it sends you to a "Voicemail box" that is FULL even though given the option to leave a voice mail instead of holding online for someone who will never come on the line.
