- You have to wait 24 hours to see the tip amount from customers and the payment method through a digital wallet.

- There is no instant cash out and you have to wait until Tuesday to see your earnings from the week on the digital wallet and then transfer them to your bank account paying a fee.

- There are technical issues that make it near impossible to consistently accept orders.

- The pay is not worth it.

Since yesterday I have been having problems with face recognition. The app just gets a black screen when trying to do face recognition. Then it just stops and says processing. When it never took my picture

Been having constant problems with the app for over a week now. After completing a delivery, the app starts scanning for a new offer. However, checking trips or earnings shows that the completed trip isn't listed, and in reality the app thinks the order is still unfinished so no new offers are received. The only fix is to chat with customer service and have them manually close the last trip, and only then will new offers be received. Customer service claims that this is a known issue and that technical support is working to try and fix it. However, this makes the app almost unusable. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times to no effect.

I have been having issues for months now with the metrics. My drop rate constantly increasing even though I haven't even logged in for any jobs. After back and forth with customer service, someone actually read my issue and escalated to engineering, which still has not been resolved.

When I pull up "Your Zone" on my Spark Driver app to determine when the busy times are, there are NO GRAPHS. No graphs appear for any day of the week.This has been the case since Sat. Feb 11. I have shut down my phone several times and unistslled/installed several times but there continue to be NO GRAPHS. PLEASE, help me with correcting this issue as I rely greatly on these graphs to guide me in my work schedule. Thank you.

I have many of the same problems other have with this application process, nobody picks up the phone for help, my email in invalid, my application needs attention, I need to click agree but there is no agree box to click, I call spark the direct me to DDI, DDI has never contacted me back, six months now!?

I signed up to be a driver for Walmart a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything. I go back to the app and sign up again and it says Missing Authentication Token". I don't know how to resolve this.

On signing up to be a driver it says "User Already Exist" I have never applied for this opportunity in addition I called your support number 8779470877 and NOBODYYYYYY answers ANDDDD it sends you to a "Voicemail box" that is FULL even though given the option to leave a voice mail instead of holding online for someone who will never come on the line. Obviously, your platform is experiencing major issues Not exactly sure if I want to continue to sign up Contact ME!!

Estaba trabajando y de repente me desactivaron sin aviso me sorprendí quede en shock ya había presentado varios problemas con mi aplicación y lo había notificado y recibí mensajes de teléfonos no adscritos a spark que no les habían llegado los pedidos y me hablaban de forma muy vulgar y amenazas luego de la desactivación me contactos por Messenger pidiéndome algo por activarla por supuesto que no les respondí y no es lo legal esperando respuesta por mi activación muchas gracias por su atención y comprensión

Acabo de hacer mis entregas bien incluso siempre tiro las fotos correctas y hago contactos con el cliente para saber qué recogió su entrega..y me reportaron la cuenta pork le faltaron artículos según ella..si usted estaba frente a mí y recibió todo porque me tubo que hacer eso..Pork existirán personas tan injustas en este mundo y con tanta maldad..todas mis entregas están bien ..espero que mi aplicación se reactive pronto ya que me dijeron que tengo que esperar 2 a 7 dias.

I started the application process two weeks ago around May 4th 2022 for the Naples/ Fort Myers FL area's I was able to get the application half way through when it would not submit my address. It said to use one of the addresses that match that pop down and I would and the message remain. After sometime it informed me I needed to get in touch with support for more details. I left the DD website several emails and was not replied to tried calling there number and voice mail saying voicemail box is full? I am just trying to work to feed my family my application is still stuck in the 4th step process I need help completing because the application is not working. El jueves 10 de Marzo al llegar a casa 9:00 pm despues de hacer el ultimo delivery me llego un mensaje “ A store reported that you did not pick up and deliver an order that you accepted in the Spark Driver App. Service level standards require accepted orders to be completed and delivered on time. You may refer to the Spark Driver Terms of Use in the Account tab of your Spark Driver App for details and may view FAQs at Drive4Spark.walmart.com” Inmediatamente llame a support para saber porque me habia llegado eso e immediatamente me desactivaron la cuenta sin darme mayor explicacion! Support reviso mi cuenta y me dijo que veia bien mis deliveris todos entregados que tampoco entendia porque pero que este tranquila porque seguro fue un error y que me volveran a activar la cuenta. Al dia siguiente recibi un mail que que la cuenta fue cerrada de forma definitiva. Sigo enviando email porque estan cometiendo una injusticia, llevo una semana sin poder trabajar, con dolor de cabeza de pesar que paso si yo hice todo correctamente cada vez que pasa algo llamo a support para que ellos cancelen una orden por la emergencia que tengo en el momento. He recogido y entregado todas las ofertas que he aceptado. Espero en Dios que esta equicovocacion se arregle pronto y pueda volver a trabajar que mi familia lo necesita.
