Error logging into the app. Not accepting password and its correct.

Im able to accept an order but then it goes directly to searching again ans i cant see my shopping

Deactivation notice of reinstatement denial. Called customer support and message to disregard the notice playing on their menu tree. App is acting really wonky and not working.

ever since downloading and establishing an account i keep getting the same information that my account is locked. i've waited days to see if it resets, ive tried to make a new password but im locked out.

Since yesterday I have been having problems with face recognition. The app just gets a black screen when trying to do face recognition. Then it just stops and says processing. When it never took my picture

Been having constant problems with the app for over a week now. After completing a delivery, the app starts scanning for a new offer. However, checking trips or earnings shows that the completed trip isn't listed, and in reality the app thinks the order is still unfinished so no new offers are received. The only fix is to chat with customer service and have them manually close the last trip, and only then will new offers be received. Customer service claims that this is a known issue and that technical support is working to try and fix it. However, this makes the app almost unusable. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times to no effect.

I have been having issues for months now with the metrics. My drop rate constantly increasing even though I haven't even logged in for any jobs. After back and forth with customer service, someone actually read my issue and escalated to engineering, which still has not been resolved.

Everytime I try to sign up, it says it doesn't recognize my email address

I cannot activate the app. It's saying password in not correct; however, when I select change password, I receive this message: Status code didn't fall within the given range.

When I pull up "Your Zone" on my Spark Driver app to determine when the busy times are, there are NO GRAPHS. No graphs appear for any day of the week.This has been the case since Sat. Feb 11. I have shut down my phone several times and unistslled/installed several times but there continue to be NO GRAPHS. PLEASE, help me with correcting this issue as I rely greatly on these graphs to guide me in my work schedule. Thank you.

How an can I talk to an agent without using email? I got problems over here

Spark app isn’t working can’t accept any orders no timer nothing send several emails speak to several people in the spark team no one is fixing the issue. All they say tech department will contact you but looks like no one care. Keep getting orders but can’t accept them

I have many of the same problems other have with this application process, nobody picks up the phone for help, my email in invalid, my application needs attention, I need to click agree but there is no agree box to click, I call spark the direct me to DDI, DDI has never contacted me back, six months now!?

I signed up to be a driver for Walmart a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything. I go back to the app and sign up again and it says Missing Authentication Token". I don't know how to resolve this.

I was told that I would receive a card that the earnings I make would be deposited to. But as of yet (two weeks plus), I haven't received any such card. Please let me know what is going on, and what/why is the delay.

On signing up to be a driver it says "User Already Exist" I have never applied for this opportunity in addition I called your support number 8779470877 and NOBODYYYYYY answers ANDDDD it sends you to a "Voicemail box" that is FULL even though given the option to leave a voice mail instead of holding online for someone who will never come on the line. Obviously, your platform is experiencing major issues Not exactly sure if I want to continue to sign up Contact ME!!

completed application process , but when I go to log in to see my progress it will not let me access my account. I haven't received a Email from support on the matter of this issue along with other problems on the app as well.
