I keep getting a message via the app that There are no coupons to display right now. Why? And when I tried to access the weekly ad, I get the message Sorry, we're experiencing technical issues and are unable to load weekly ad offers. Please check back later. Have been getting that message for past several weeks.

I click on "Giant" bookmark on Dell laptop. All is fine, Giant in Severna Park, MD appears. I click on "Giant" at the top of the web page. It says "You are blocked." Exit internet, restart computer. Repeat what I did above. Still blocked. I click on "Order groceries on line." I am not blocked. Fill cart, select time. Click on account to Log Out and "You are blocked." Try to log back onto Giant in Severna Park using "Google." Click "Giant at the top of the page. I DO get in. Again click on a pickup time and I am not blocked and my order goes through. This isn't a rare occurrence. I generally get block the first time, even if I clear cache, cookies, etc. Today is the first time I've gotten blocked this many times. I am so disappointed with GIANT. For about 2 months bonus card has not been working correctly. I phone several times this week, no success. I phoned Sat, Man hooked me up with instacart. NOTE; I DO NOT DO INSTACART, NOT DELIVERY, NOT ORDERS. I GO TO STORE, BUT ON SELF SERVICE, ALWAYS PAY WITH CASH, CASH, CASH, AND LEAVE WITH MY PURCHASES. FRIDAY'S AGENT NOW HAS ME HOOKED UP WITH INSTACART, AND MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED, IT IS SATURDAY AND OFFICE IS CLOSED. WHAT DO I DO TODAY. I ALWAYS GO ON SUNDAY TO STORE WHICH NOW OWES ME OVER $6.00. HELP. MAN THEN DISCONNECTED ME. WHAT NOW. ALSO HE HAS MESSED UP MY WHOLE COMPUTER. I BELIEVE. GIANT HELP NOW DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND/OR ARE NOT TRAINED WELL.

1) Digital gift card did not work at the pharmacy register, normal food register or online. Every-time I check the balance it is about $34, but I can't use it. 2) a physical gift card (that DID work in the store and has over 100 left on it) is also not working when I place an online order. I get all the way to checkout, enter the gift card number, the site shows me the balance (which covers the entire order +), and then I get an error applying the card. Very frustrating. Another comment about the e-gift card... I was told you could use the e-gift card at self-checkout in the stores. This is not the case, you have to stand in line and go to a cashier in order to use the e-gift card. On top of that, most cashiers have trouble applying the e-gift card to the order. The whole thing is a total pain (to me and the people standing in line). I never would have bought it if I wasn't given false information about being able to use it in self-checkout. I am Finally trying to use up the e-gift card balance with an online order (using an e-gift card nonetheless), and it doesn't work online either. Just a colossal waste of time, and now I'm wasting more time writing this comment/review! VERY FRUSTRATED!!!! What is going on?!?!!??!!?

Why did the app suddenly start make a noise/vibrate sound every time I add an item to the cart? So annoying. Still does it even if I turn off all sounds & vibration.

the "add item" feature is missing. You have to open EACH item to asd to your cart. For as slow as this app is, it will take all day

Everytime I try to use a Giant Gift card lately ,the website refuses to accept it. The cards are working fine in the store,but not online. There are no words for how frustrating this problem has been. Going forward , our organization will no longer be able to trust your gift cards. And we may be seeking a refund for the cards we have left, which is around $1500 .I have been in touch with everyone in your organization to no avail .

While using the Giant Scanit App - if my iPhone 'locks' while shopping then I unlock my phone - the app closes and I reopen it. Once reopened it asks me if I want to resume my shopping trip - I hit Resume and within 10-15 seconds the app crashes.

My local Giant store has altered the self scan section that I prefer to use since virus issues. They also updated security features. I am deaf and elderly so I can not always understand or follow spoken words of scanner. My store in Severna Park has a drug department where I often pick up prescriptions for my wife and I. I recently had a problem with pushing button for a case of water to avoid picking up and scanning. Also, I put a bag of prescriptions into my bag as I paid at Drug counter department using cash as I always do. In both cases the completion of my order was halted indicating error or non payment. I had to get scanning department help to complete my order to get sale items and points earned. Now when I go to web site to roll all points into gas credit, I get a message that my entry is blocked? Security Block in Place Our security settings have blocked your IP Address (xxxxxxxxxx) or country from this site. I have had to go back to store front desk to get my full sale item credit. I told them about the above message when I tried to log into Giant web site. At first, I though the blockage was my security system indicating Giant Web site was in trouble. Now I think it is Giant Web response to my attempt to log in. Office personal do not know how to clear this up?? HELP!

I & my wife were trying to place an order on Giant direct to Pick up and when it's time to check out , a delivery form comes up up to put your address in. Will not let you check out. Filled out delivery form and still says cant find or information does not match your account. This is the worst App I have ever seen, I will just stick with Target, theres is so simple to use and very fast pick up / delivery when you arrive. This app was never used friendly from the start. Giant claims there the best , best cant even have app that works, this is really Ridiculous... Harry

Unable to get in to place order for pickup. Even when I marked it as a trusted site it will not load. Can't paste screen shot here, but the site has been blocked due to tracking by DataDome, htps://datadome.co/ this is one of the top 10,000 sites seen loading the DataDome tracking according to data from april 2018 to December 2022.

Shortly after I spoke with Cust. agent on 1-10-23, after 1pm, to determine that my order was confirmed (it was) and I returned to my computer to add other items, I was shocked to discover I was locked out of my account and every (literally) other Giant link. I could not sign in, I could not order or delete, I could not raise or view shopping list. It was as if the whole site was frozen, although I was able to open any giant emails to a home site. My name disappeared, my address as well and I was completely eradicated and was blocked 100% Could not move much beyond home page. The action I describe here did NOT affect any other of my emails - all was normal. There were 139 emails and every one was accessible and functioned normally. A handful of e mails from Giant did NOT function, other than I could open them but not one link allowed me access important info such as the sign in and account info for example . It is as if my existence has been nullified! I have no other problems otherwise. But I can no longer shop Giant in the future if this situation continues. I am elderly and partially disabled and do all my shopping on the computer so am very accustomed to doing so. But this is the first time ever I have been blocked out like I have described. It is interesting that previous calls Mon and Tues of the same week to Giant customer service did not cause any problem, but the one I made in the afternoon of the tenth put me out of commission , seemingly forever. I was getting an error message when I attempted to login to the Giant website as normal (bookmarked site). "site temporarily down" This happened yesterday and today. Today, when I did a google search, I got a Giant website that was unable to give me the location of Natural Springs Road Gettysburg. My concern is that everything else looked completely legit. This all made me nervous so I logged in on my phone through the Giant app without issue.

Per my recent conversation I went to Just Answer. They are trying to charge me $47.00. I will not approve this amount. Does Giant Food have an IT help desk that can look into this? For now I need to cancel my current order since it has not been completed and I can't update the current order. I tried a force quit on Safari, then tried to login to Giantfoods.com. The screen will not load. How do I cancel the order?
