Will not connect to Amazon and circle just keeps spinning. I entered in the correct info. Because if you enter the wrong info it will say it's the wrong credentials. It just will not connect, just keeps spinning. Contacted them with a ticket days ago and they will not respond!

Not all of my receipts are processing. I still have 2 receipts from March 25th that are still showing processing. I scan in receipts and some process while others are just sitting unprocessed for days. Why are some receipts still sitting in a processing status, lije they are stuck.
I have two receipts from 3/21 and one receipt from 3/23 which are still shown as “processing”; I’m checking to see why it it taking so long to process those receipts.
This has been happening for about a week now. My receipts aren't processing! On some transactions it will show the name of the store, but after days of so called processing, still nothing!! I need help quickly please. I have more receipts to take photos of, but not if they won't be accepted. PLEASE HELP QUICKLY!!! Thank You!!
